This is in the heart of Whitehaven – a mile or two from Elvis Presley house. The food was amazing and seasoned perfectly. It’s been around a while and I just never gave them the time. Well I stand % corrected. I’m sorry and I’ll be back again today!

Great food a great price, I had the salmon sandwich and the green goddess. Both were delicious. There were hints of vanilla in the green goddess. And the salmon was great with the sauce.

This is some of the best vegan/vegetarian food I’ve ever tasted!!! I travel for work so I’m always looking for healthy alternatives while I’m on the road an I stroke gold when I found this place. I tried the hood rolls with a side of seasoned potatoes and the favor just hits you as soon as you bite into it!
And the staff is super friendly and very well spoken. I give this place a 10/10. If you’re visiting Memphis you have to check this place out!

Customer service is AMAZING! I found a new spot considering having to change the way I eat for health reasons the Black Bean burger was really good and the Beautiful smoothie CHEF’S KISS also my children loved the chicken quesadillas and fries they had and not to forget the California burger very good over all I’ve found a new health food spot and had since took my boyfriend he loved the Protein Blast smoothie and the turkey quesadilla! We will most definitely become regulars on days where I don’t want to cook ❤️

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and Tropical Paradise Smoothie ($17). Loved Loved The Smoothie. I loved both of them, something nice and quick for lunch. Will definitely be back. Imma stop giving Smoothie King my money

I haven’t been here in years now I see why. I ordered on uber eats my total was 49. The order was cancelled. I didn’t know when I got there so I just paid there. For the same order my total was 60. The buns were burnt, and the salmon was chopped up like taco meat. They also give canned drinks and have their ice in a cooler.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about this restaurant and I have been trying to come show my support & I was finally able to do so today!! I was not disappointed at all! Love the establishment and everything! Customer service was A++ I’m so glad I finally came & showed support to this delicious, clean, & very family oriented Black Owned Business!! I’m so glad I got a random reminder to finally try out Smooth Living. I recently began a vegetarian lifestyle, but it’s been a challenge to find those options nearby. So, I ordered some veggie rolls, fried mushrooms, etc. items and I’m so full from just 2 of 4 rolls.

I’m so happy we found smooth living restaurant while we was in town visiting Graceland. It’s conveniently close. The food was excellent and the Manager Tat (tatiana) had a great energy. Her personality was awesome. She came out and joked with us too. Overall if you are visiting Memphis, TN this is a great spot to enjoy food. I had to come back twice. I had the gentleman smoothie, chicken turmeric with fries. The next day I had the parmesan chicken wings.
