Just about the only real restaurant in town, but luckily it’s pretty good! The beer selection was vast, only complaint was that I had an expectation of some true German selections, but didn’t really see them on the draft list.
Food was good, a little pricey. I suggest an outside table anytime weather permits, the decor inside is a bit stuffy and the layout feels choppy.
Couldn’t do 5 stars because on a weekend that they should have expected to be very busy, they were shorthanded and getting a table was mass chaos even though plenty of tables were open.

Awesome. Got the Reuben. It and the Fry’s were really good. Definitely made when I ordered. At least fifty beers on tap. Can do a flight if either four or five. The mead was outstanding. Slightly sweet and smooth. If you like fried pickles that’s a good appetizer to go with. It’s a single dill pickle wrapped in ham and deep fried in a wanton. The fried mushrooms have some sort of cheese type sauce in them and fried in a beer batter. They are large.

Take a trip to Interlochen and stop here! This place was hands down perfect all around. Our meals were prepared with tons of flavor and perfectly cooked. Their beer selection was surprising and the atmosphere was lowkey yet fun. Our waiter Nick was engaging and well informed about the menu and the copious beer on tap. We will be back for sure!

I went there for the first time last night with my friend, and I have to say I was blown away. Not only was the food and the atmosphere amazing. The people were fantastic. Our waiter was awesome and answered every question we had. The bartender was awesome and the music was on point. It took me back to 2012 and when I asked, they even played the Pokemon theme song for me. After that, the cook even came out and gave me a free Pokemon card. They were such lovely gentlemen and kind to me with my vision disability. Jeremy, Nick and Devin are so kind and provided an awesome energy. I for sure want to go back. I told them next time I won’t ask for pokemon but the digimon theme song

We had the stuffed mushrooms & Mac n Cheese. The stuffed mushrooms were HUGE. Stuffed with cream cheese & deep fried. 4 served with homemade ranch. Truly the best I’ve ever had. We really enjoyed the “cheese pull” on the white Mac n cheese. (They won’t give you the recipe, I asked). Served with a crunchy piece of rye garlic toast perfect for dipping in the bottom of the pasta. It was a Wednesday evening and the atmosphere was pleasant and decorated for the holiday. Our server was awesome. We will be back!

LOOOOVE Hofbrau. Classic Interlochen. Another spot where you walk to during IAC.
Drinks are pretty good and they have an extensive beer and wine list and interesting cocktails.
Their food menu seems smaller than it used to be but it’s very good! Burgers are always tasty and their entrees are great as well.
Pool table and some arcade games inside for the kids! Also amazing patio seating with a lil volleyball court.

First time experiencing Hofbrau. We had four of us and got to enjoy relaxing on the front patio. Service was fast friendly and very fast. We ordered the chicken sandwich/chicken tenders/north woods pasta and nachos. First of all the hand breaded chick tenders where the best I have ever had and the rest of our guest were also amazed by the quality and flavor!! We will be back!! Great job!

Got the amazing opportunity to sit outside and the food and service were both amazing. The portions were very generous and the bar is very well stocked (especially if you like whiskey). We didn’t order the pizza cause the meals all looked so delicious BUT smelled it on the way out and can not wait to go back to try it!!

The service was good. They forgot a saled no big deal and cooked a med rare steak to very rare. The food here is really good. I had the cod. Portions are very filling. And the peanut butter pie is amazing! Be prepared to spend a little bit. It was 100 plus tip for 2 of us. Overall I would recommend.
