Incredible food and service. The waitress (I forget her name, I’m so sorry) but she was incredible. So sweet, kind, and very helpful. I felt like I was back in the south getting some southern hospitality. The pricing is generous for the quantity and quality of food that you get. Pulled pork sandwich with all of the fixings was divine and the homemade fries, to die for. The side of Mac was perfect. My sister absolutely enjoyed her Pulled Pork Mac Bowl and has to take half home because of how big it was. Will absolutely be stopping again supporting local business enjoying extremely satisfying food, service, and atmosphere.

So this was my first time and the menu seemed reasonable. I was in the mood for brisket tacos so first thing the meat was cold, small chunks and seemed a little fatty, also no flavor. They had sauce you could add on the side Howe I like to taste the flavor. The presentation was nice , packaging was nice however I will probably never order the taco brisket. On another note the Mac and cheese was creamy, hot tasty and delicious. From my understanding they originally had a fruit truck. They are located directly in front of the cheese cake factory. I would like to try again but wasn’t that crazy about my lunch.

My cousin and I went to try out SmokinGhosts and overall I would give it a 3/5.
We started with the fried pickles as our app. The waitress informed us that the pickles are home grown and picked fresh every day… they were delicious!!! Would get again. For our entrees, I got the blackened salmon BLT and it was not great. I’m not sure why the word blackened is even in there as the salmon wasn’t seasoned at all, there was very little bacon jam that you wouldn’t even know it was there, and it came with shredded lettuce. Overall, it was very fishy and it just wasn’t that great. For my side, I got the corn bread pudding and absolutely loved it! It kind of tasted like the guts of stuffed clams with corn added to it? Very good! My cousin got The Holy Smokes sandwich and absolutely loved it!! She added their spicy BBQ sauce and said it was delicious. She ordered the BBQ green beans as her side and they were not good. Tasted very strong of vinegar.
Service was so/so. Our waitress was certainly nice and answered all of our questions but after she took our order she only came back to check on us after we had finished our meal to give us the check.
Overall, it is not the absolute worst food but I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

Some great quality BBQ and nice deals on on UberEats. They have most of the typical BBQ place/truck items, like ribs, pork, chicken, and sides. I tried their pulled pork (a pound), coleslaw, mac n cheese, and cornbread pudding.
The pulled pork pound meal came with no sides, but it came from the ‘by the pound’ section, so I expected that. The meat itself was very good, and the texture was perfect. Not too fatty at all. The sauce that came with it was delicious and the portion was great. The meat was tender and extremely juicy.
The cornbread pudding was quite good, and a nice balance between savory and sweetness. It wasn’t exactly ‘pudding’ or dessert, but it was great. Little pieces of whole corn kernels and maybe some peppers in there as well. Moist texture.
The Mac n cheese was just okay. It was on the oilier side and not that cheesy, but still good. All the sides come in decent portions for the price.
The coleslaw was also relatively standard but I enjoyed it. It was not super creamy and still refreshing. It tasted like it was made from fresh ingredients and complimented the meat well.
All in all, this place is pretty great. It’s up there as one of the better BBQ places in the area. Prices are quite good and the flavors are nice. I’d recommend the pulled pork and coleslaw the most.

You know when some people telling you how good this place is and some people telling is not that good, I don’t believe it my self until I tried. Well today I tried I order some salmon and wings. First the wing as my appetizer and I’ve been eating wings before everywhere bc I love wings but not this place their wings is pink and bloody and I forgot to take a picture of the wings. Next is my salmon I love salmon and I’ve been eating salmon everywhere Olive Garden Texas rd some fancy restaurants and bars and is not like their salmon. Their salmon raw like only the top of it is cook. They need to trained their cook how to cook lol I was hungry and I come home starving. Differently not going back is my first time and my last time.

I have been wanting a pulled pork sandwich for a while and this one did not disappoint! The pulled pork was tender and tasty and the coleslaw, pickled onions, and cucumber really complemented it nicely leaving a good fresh taste in the mouth. We went on a Sunday at lunch and I was served immediately. The lady at the window was very nice and welcoming.
Smokin Ghost is one of the few “food trucks” open on Sunday which is nice and the prices are fair. The other 2 places (taqueria and a pizza place) were closed so there was plenty of tables available. I will definitely go back.

I’ve been here twice in a week. This place is 100% worth your time. Easily one of the best bbq spots in the burgh.
The meat platter was perfect for trying a bit of everything. It’s way too much food in the best way possible. Ribs the were cooked perfectly. Tender with a clean bite off the bone. Chicken thigh was juicy and well seasoned.
I’ll be back often for a half rack and mac!

I was super excited to try this place since I’m a huge bbq fan…and boy was I let down. The fries came out cold, the brisket came out dry and the portion was so small it looked like 2 pieces of bacon, and the ribs had such little meat on them it was ridiculous. Not to mention the Mac and cheese was awful and did not taste like Mac and cheese at all. Lastly, the prices are outrageous for the small portions. I don’t give reviews often, but I was so let down by this place I just can’t let this slide without sharing my horrible experience.
