Stopped by here just before the closed down for the season. I was craving some BBQ. I had the smoked turkey sandwich with white BBQ sauce. My husband had The O.G… All I can say was this was absolutely delicious. The meat was moist & so full of flavor. The baked beans were also very good. I didn’t want it to end. I was when I ate all my food. I highly recommend coming here if you’re craving BBQ. My new favorite place in town. I also can’t wait for them to reopen so I can get some of that yum yum

Well if your here on Vacation and from Texas. Your in luck. If you live here full time, really lucky!! Smokin Trees hands down kills the brisket. All there food is excellent. I am from Colorado – that makes me more of an authority on bbq than anybody from Texas. The reasoning is that I’ve tasted bbq/smoked meats in Memphis, Kansas City, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and yes, Texas. However, I am unbiased unlike Texans. Because bbq it’s more than brisket (Smokin Trees’s is killer), it’s the care that it takes to get a nice perfume on chicken or turkey that stays juicy. It’s the recognition that red and white bbq sauces CAN coexist and it’s about the sides — which are, arguably as important as the actual meat.
Pitmaster Derek elicits these flavors out of a converted propane tank utilizing locally sourced wood and battling elements of Colorado winters at 7,400 feet. Well done… actually, scratch that. Perfectly cooked.

By FAR the Best bbq I have had in a long time . Perfect balance of flavors and you can taste the freshness of their product . A lot of love has gone into this food ! Do not skip out on the green chili chicken enchiladas !!! You will not be disappointed with anything in the menu !!! Thanks for some good food

First of all BBQ is not something I get excited about.
With that said……Smokin Trees is probably the BEST BBQ place I have eaten!!! Seriously, I will not go anywhere else for BBQ. It’s really good, you will just have to try it and find out for yourself!!

Highly recommend going to Smokin’ Trees BBQ for amazing service, and consistently delicious food! I ordered a brisket package for Christmas and was not disappointed. Good people, good bbq, good value

This place is great! Their brisket is my favorite, but the chicken and that smoked queso dip are amazing as well! Adding in fair pricing and great service makes this a “can’t go wrong” experience!!!
