I stopped in here excited about having a new experience and was gravely disappointed by both the customer service and the flavors. My group ordered three different flavors, added toppings to two and all three tasted like milk with the THOUGHT of lavender/pb/mint. It’s unclear whether they’re skimping on flavoring or this method just doesn’t work but I wouldn’t return- especially since toppings/mixins are $1 and as you can see from the photo- minimal.
As for the customer service, the girls behind the counter are horribly disrespectful, insulting customers, demeaning their means of employment and yelling that customers should wait until they choose to acknowledge them instead of saying excuse me. I was very surprised to hear them talking down to and about customers with other patrons in the store. Left a very bad taste in my mouth- won’t be visiting again.

Ice cream was good, not great. Customer service is lacking. Watched a young mom stand at the register ready to order with her son for what seemed like 5 minutes while the manager/owner continued training his employee. When a paying customer is ready to order everything stops and the customers order is taken. Not a great lesson for young employees.After reading the reviews about bad service, this is where the problem stems from.

This was so amazing. Made it infront of us so cool. Tasted bomb some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Little pricey but I can see why! Ice cream is homemade and all natural. So worth it, cannot wait to come back!

I’ve been here a couple times. I ordered off of DoorDash this time and I wonder if the owner ever checks on the employees because it seems like this place has terrible service. My ice cream came MELTED. As if they didn’t put it in a freezer and just let it sit out waiting for the delivery. This ice cream ISN’T cheap. If you’re ordering with toppings, this place gets expensive. Way too expensive. I have NEVER received melted ice cream from ANYWHERE and I especially expected this place for $40 of damn ice cream to be package correctly. Anyways, I’ve always felt intimidated by coming in here. Went in last month and it was just teenage girls talking for a while. Manager seems to be the same. I’m wondering if this is a family business and the whole family has a bad attitude and they’re so self centered that they hire within the family.

The milkshake can’t beat five guys milkshake. I enjoy the experience of them making the ice cream before serving it to you. This would be a really good experience for young kids to be entertained watching it.

My 11 year old got a simple vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos and absolutely devoured it while I sipped on a Nitro cold brew that definitely rivals other coffee chains in the area. Customer service was great, too, and prices were definitely reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!
