All of the food was spectacular. We ordered brisket, order of jalapeño Mac and cheese, BBQ beans, the sauce is great, love the extra touch of pickled onions and fresh pickles! Highly recommend, heard someone comment on the homemade dessert!

When in Beatty, at noon sharp the doors unlock to amazing smelling and tasting BBQ. Many of options to choose from. Couldn’t help but order a little of a few items and the buzzard egg is a must 100% order. Very good.

We sooooo were looking forward to having some good bbq. We travel fulltime and have had ALOT of great bbq while in Texas. We were traveling thru this Nevada town and decided to try this place out while there. We went on a Friday early evening. They were fairly busy while we were there. We got a good bit of food to sample everything – tried a pound of brisket, a full rack of ribs, one sausage link, mac n cheese, beans, a banyan pudding, one drink. The ribs were excellent. Tender. The brisket was good, not great. A little too chewy yet. And a bit too much smoke for us. The sausage link had good flavor but the texture was a mealy. The sides were decent. The banana pudding was okay. The BBQ sauce was top notch!!! It was priced as bbq usually is – $94 for everything. The restaurant is quite quaint decor & clean and the restrooms are spotless! Had a really nice outdoor seating area. The counter staff were very friendly. The cook seemed a little grumbly during the dinner rush as they were running out of a couple things.

Amazing ribs and sausage are must try here… great barbecue overall after coming out from Death Valley. The salad was out of expectations and lettuce was fresh and crispy (I can’t believe it myself). Great service and the cleanliness is unmatched comparing to other establishments we have been to around the area. Thanks for keeping this place clean and providing us with such delicious food 🙂

We got a little of everything, ribs were great, brisket was ok, sausage not very good. As far as sides, beans were good, Mac and cheese and fries were excellent. You order at the counter pretty much self serve but if you need anything they are prompt to get it. Other than the sausage it was a good meal

The service was top notch and the space stayed surprisingly quiet and comfortable even when it was full. Everything felt relaxed and well run.
The smoky turkey and pulled pork were both excellent. Flavorful, well cooked, and exactly what we were hoping for after a long day of travel. They knew exactly what I could eat with my gluten and dairy allergies and there menu was simple, small yet had everything you could want for a BBQ restaurant.
You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called.
A great stop in Beatty and one we would happily return to.

Not many options in town so we dropped by for some BBQ. It was pretty average. All the meat was pay by the lb. Brisket was tender but a bit too dry. Pulled pork was ok, nothing to rave about. Was still hungry so we ordered the beef tips, it was a mistake because it was really not good; tough and bony. Restaurant was clean. It’s pretty much self serve / fast food type of place. Staff was friendly. They were eager to close up and started putting chairs up before closing time, while we were still eating and the restaurant was still operating.

I was looking for something on the less expensive side to take to go like a sandwich or something but I went with the ribs that were $22 for 6 spare ribs and I sure am glad that I did. They were absolutely amazing and the homemade sauce is double amazing. The ribs were really good size and I got two meals out of it. It comes with some a few pickles and a slice of bread. The lady behind the counter was super nice even though she was pretty busy between serving guest at the tables and takeout orders. Highly recommended!

Food was good and prices weren’t bad for the location. We had brisket, pulled pork, jalapeño mac and cheese, and beans, all were good. Only one type of BBQ sauce that I saw but it was good. Pickles and pickled onions were both great. Woman working the counter was straightforward but very friendly.
Overall for a town of this size I was impressed and would definitely recommend.
