WHAT A RIP-OFF!
The portions are pathetic! I was given about a tablespoon of meat and then asked for more and the recieved about a teaspoon more. Same with the cheese. I feel I can get better portions at Taco Bell just ordering one taco. What used to overflow from the bowl can now fit in the palm of one hand. I will never return to Chipotle.

I ordered through doordash 30 minutes before they closed. Around 10:40 I received my order which only had the chicken and rice. Nothing else of what I ordered.
I understand i placed near closed but they are just being lazy. This is so unprofessional. They didn’t want to add everything else simply because they didn’t want to wash the dishes. I was really looking forward to this.

Poor experience. Steak burrito – steak was fatty and inedible. $3.45 for a bottle of Coke Zero what a $ripoff. Felt rushed and not human by staff going through line and checkout. Asked for refund afterwards through corporate and they said no! Never to return. Response to owner: I did go through your online customer service as advised above. They turned me down for a refund – I have never had a merchant deny a request for a refund! They also made no commitment to advise the store. Its obvious to me that all your company cares about is making $. So dont contact me again unless you are willing to actually do something about it instead of giving B/S lip service!

Ordered catering for the hockey team for 30 people. The kids loved it and there wasn’t anything left. But some rice. Only suggestion to anyone doing this order extra meat. While it was enough. It just wasn’t enough if you get my drift?

I was the only person in line and had 4 orders. The two young ladies kept rushing me and interruptong me. Probably need some lessons on taking care of the customer.
The cashier was nice.

The food was fine like always. Just the staff had no idea what was on their menu and they said to me you don’t count as a first responder unless you’re an “actual police officer”. Which shows you how much they care about the men and women who serve their community. Again the food was fine, but I suggest going to another location if you want good service or respect.

They were a little stingy on portion sizes for my veggie bowl today compared to other Chipotles. Food tasted good though. Small tortillas I ordered on the side were a little crunchy. They are normally soft because they’re steamed. I’d try your luck at a different Chipotles.

It’s likely we caught them on a bad night, but we’re not in a hurry to try again. The entire crew made it clear they had other places and activities on their mind and didn’t want to be there. The restaurant was filthy and the trash overflowing. The restrooms were likewise filthy. The food was fine but not what you’d expect of a Chipotle.
Overall, this was a disappointing visit made worse that we’ve not had it in a few years and were really looking forward to it. While this hasn’t soured us on this restaurant as a whole, I don’t think we’ll be back here again.
We hope this was just a bad day and that it’s normally excellent. The reviews lead me to believe this place has a habit, though, of being just okay.

The Chipotle located in Legends was filthy. There was food all over the floor and tables. The drink fountain area was a mess and sticky. The outside eating trash was overflowing and smelled disgusting. On a good note, the line moved quickly, and the employees were kind, and the food was good.
