I’ve finally found the Best BBQ in Blue Ridge! Why haven’t I tried this place before now… just take the elevator to heavenly BBQ. Mouth watering brisket. Courtney was very sweet and took great care of us. They also offer a military discount. Y’all got to try this, you won’t be disappointed. Lots of outdoor seating for those warm days.

We recently ate at Smoking E’s and it was awesome! I had the smoked sausage, and it was so flavorful and perfectly smoky. My wife had the pulled pork, and it was super tender and juicy. We also tried the egg rolls on the side, and they were surprisingly delicious—crispy and tasty. The vibe was friendly, and the service was great. If you’re into BBQ and in the Blue Ridge area, you’ve got to check this place out. We’ll definitely be back!

My family really enjoyed this place. The brisket tacos were delicious. The wings were big and juicy-much better than. the scraggly little wings you find at lots of places. A great hidden gem on the mountains!

We were there Thursday afternoon in a February rainy day, the place wasn’t crowded at all so that was a plus, our server was super sweet, I forgot his name but he has the coolest rings lol
My husband and I got the sampler it is supposed to feed 2 but I believe that it has enough food to feed 4, everything was perfectly cooked.
You got to love the view as well, this place is in a second floor just across the train rails where you can watch a bunch of roosters hanging around, yes I said roosters.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place is very quiet. My husband and I shared the 1/2 rack of ribs with macaroni & cheese and potato salad. The ribs were a little spicy but moist, tender, and delicious. The price is not outrageous.

I’d read mixed reviews about Smokin’ E’s, so we decided to give it a shot, tonight. I want to try and be completely fair to the establishment as some of the bad reviews just don’t make sense (especially the one about the Texas Toast).
The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. We could not have picked a better evening to sit out on the balcony, outside. It was our waitresses first day and although she was not very knowledgeable about the food, she was friendly and did a good job.
I had the 2 meat platter: sausage and brisket along with fried okra and baked beans for my side. If I’m being honest, the sides were better than the entree. It wasn’t something that could be sent back to the kitchen or worth having the manager come out to speak to us. The meats were just kinda bland and didn’t have much flavor, although the brisket was very moist – something essential for that type of meat.
The sauces were good – the sweet heat was my favorite with the Carolina being my least favorite. I think there is a lot of potential for the place – some different seasonings (or more seasoning) may be necessary when smoking the meats.

Absolutely love this BBQ Restaurant! The food is always exceptional esp. the brisket BEST in town! The staff is awesome too … so friendly! While in Blue Ridge check them out located on the top floor of the new 2 story building on West Main Street across from the kids play-park.

Holy heck this was the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The brisket is one I think I’ll end up dreaming about for a long time. The Mac and cheese was absolutely perfect. We got the wings to share but trust me, you don’t need it.

Decent BBQ but not great. Closer to 3.5 than 4. Apparently, they were super busy and ran out of chicken and brisket but I’m thinking it’s because the restaurant is situated right in the middle of the town. I have to think that there are better bbq places around here. Ribs were cooked well but the dry rub flavor was kinda uneven. Their sides were good but not sure if they were actually made there or out of cans.
