Walkiin take-out order only no over the phone orders at the moment. A very authentic style of Kansas City BBQ that is sourced from local ranchers. Southern cooking brings out amazing flavor using a combination of premium charcoal & competition-style hickory and applewood. We source our meat from the best local ranchers in Northern Colorado ensuring you top-quality meat and flavor. We now bring that fire to Northern Colorado in both food truck form and our restaurant launch.

Amazing food! True PitMasters!!! I have had the Brisket, Turkey, Mac and Cheese, Fried Okra and Onion Rings! Every morsel is absolutely delicious! Amazing beer selection with some stronger spirits, if you wish. Staff is very friendly and the bartenders are A+!!!

First time visiting the restaurant, but I’ve been a loyal food truck customer over the years. The fried okra was delicious. I had the brisket smokehouse fries. The cheesy sauce on the fries was so good. The brisket was perfect. No knives needed, and I tried all the sauces but the fire and fury. The show me sauce was my favorite. It was sweet enough with just the right kick in there. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing smoked meats, homemade sauces, and delicious sides! Visiting from Missouri and feel like I’m back home! Such a friendly environment! I got the 2 meat platter (brisket and turkey) with 2 sides (potato salad and cheesy corn). I was so eager to taste it and took picture evidence later! So delicious the first time, I’m excited to eat my leftovers! I will DEFINITELY make a trip to Eaton, CO next time I’m in town!

My husband and I went to the food truck rally in Fort Collins and decided on Smokin” Bros for dinner. SO. GOOD. I wish I would have gotten a pic of my food but attached is my husbands meat plate. I had the brisket sandwich and fries. The staff was so nice and kind. The food was excellent- we will definitely try them out again!

Pretty good food, 5 to 6 ounces of meat per meal. Went to get some dinner for the family bought two two meat meals ($18.99) a piece no drink. For the price the sides are pretty small. It’s a very very light smoke flavor just on the crust part of it. The inside of the meat didn’t have much flavor. All of the meat was tender! They didn’t have the sausage so not sure about that one. The picture attached cost $41.01 with tax. Enough for two people. I was looking for a good barbecue/smoked meat flavor but just wasn’t there. I have had Kansas City BBQ and it didn’t meat the flavor. The beans where delicious! This is just mine and my family’s opinion… maybe an off day for the cooks?…

I do not normally leave reviews but I feel like I have to at this point. We love supporting local and we have given this place 3 tries. The first 2 times food was great but the staff has been beyond rude every single time. The 3rd time we ordered “to go” and all I can say is YUCK. The fries were soggy, wet and cold the macaroni is stale and worse than boxed Kraft Mac and the sandwich was greasy and oversaturated. Now, I understand dining in is a much different experience as far as freshness and quality goes..so I am willing to let that slide. What I cannot let slide is the female staff and attitude (and to preface, this is a female writing from my husbands account) y’all have been rude EVERY single time we’ve been there, like what gives? If you don’t like your job work somewhere else because customer service is key. And the rudeness will be the catalyst to why this establishment will not succeed long term. It’s sad to see, because the food can be great but the customer service is absolute trash and needs to be acknowledged.

Was in Colorado for the weekend decided to try smokin bros BBQ. We are so glad we tried it. Everything about this place was amazing. The safe was vary welcoming and the food was amazing. We actually had it 3 nights in a row. The brisket was tasty and had a good smoke flavor . The sausage had all kinds of flavor and the kc fries with brisket was my favorite. I will definitely be going back next time I’m I’m Colorado
