The food wasn’t incredible. The menu didn’t have that big of a variety either, just some chicken, pulled pork sandwich and some tasteless fries. Not a lot of good things to say about it.
Service:
The restaurant is self serving meaning you don’t get a waiter that brings you the food like in most restaurants. Adding to that, the line to get the food is long and takes about 15 minutes on a busy day.
Atmosphere:
Now here, I can say a few good things! First, it’s Lego themed, with the entrance being a giant Lego dragon and the inside looking like a fiery volcano’s inside. Taking into account the not-so-great food, this was supposed to be one of those restaurants where you pop in, get food, and get out and keep enjoying the park. But to be honest, it’s not even great at that with the long wait and the manticore food. I don’t recommend this restaurant.
Original review from Aug ’21:
We liked the beef brisket the best, juicy and tender. The pulled pork was dry but the taste was good. We were surprised that the food was flavorful and didn’t taste overly salty.
June freaked out even though the manager said it was totally fine. We were getting the same portions but in separate containers so the food wasn’t mixing together and for some reason she thought acting like a child was the way to go.
It said we had a choice of meat but she just grabs pork and throws it on the counter. I assume it’s for another person so I wait and the other cashier finally has to ask and clarify so I said no we wanted chicken no one ever asked us what meat we wanted yet. This snob June was so upset about her own mistakes that she threw away the food!! My friend after me was even getting the pork meal so she could have just waited two seconds but no. I highly suggest you consider having such a belligerent child work for your establishment
Service: Was fine, our visit coincided with a recent rain storm so there weren’t too many people so the wait to order wasn’t long.
Atmosphere: Plenty of seating (maybe due to the recent rain), seating inside and outside the restaurant, tables sat 4-6 people. Lighting inside resembled a typical dimmed restaurant.
Overall, was ok. You get your typical subpar amusement park food with standard service and setting.
