Franco greets every customer that enters the restaurant, offers a hospitable correspondence with a splendid character and a desire to meet your requests.
Franco is someone who’s attentive to detail, and provides a sense of care for the customer.
I’ve enjoyed my service at this restaurant and will continue to spend my money here as the food quality is superb and the service is rapid.
Well job from Franco. That man keeps good customers coming back but also bringing good business because he won mine. I hope he’s compensated even more for his exceptional effort. Impressive.
Don’t know if it was a case of the Mondays for em or they were running out of good brisket at 5pm but $9 for few slivers of brisket was just upsetting.
May go back in a few weeks or try somewhere new.
If you want brisket (sandwich or slices) beware Mondays around 5pm is not the time.
Ordered delivery from DoorDash for the 3-meat plate —went with brisket, ribs, and pork belly burnt ends (because… of course). I’m bummed about the extra surcharge for what most BBQ lovers would consider the main event—feels a bit like paying extra for crispy skin on fried chicken.
That said, the food was delicious—tender, flavorful meats, nicely packaged, and ready to devour. The potato salad and mac were tasty, though the portions were on the small side. The 2 slices of bread? A bit dry, but forgivable.
All in all, solid BBQ, just wish the “good stuff” didn’t come with a premium. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We ordered 1/2 lb brisket and 1/2 lb pork ribs with side dish green beans and mac&cheese for individual size.
It came out to be around 30 dollars. The brisket was slightly dry to my taste. It was still good. I really liked the pork rib. It is not oily.
I recommend for the pork ribs and portion size was good for 2 people.
The brisket quality wasn’t the best, as I had solid white edges of just pure fat which I get is a thing with moist cuts but generally there’s still a nice char to the edge and this was just solid fat.
The sides were also pretty bad; my wife’s maccaroni & cheese was cold and my cheesy bacon and potato had like a solid inch of oil that they were sitting in. The green beans were good but that was about it.
All & all service was more than fine which tends to be the case at Mo’s but man the quality of the food was just not good for the price.
