Popped into Prezzo today and had a really good experience. Theo was looking after us and he was genuinely great — friendly, quick with everything, and just made the whole visit easy.
I went for a Margherita and the vegetarian cannelloni. Both were surprisingly good. The Margherita had that proper fresh taste and the cannelloni was really comforting without being too heavy.
Overall, solid food and great service. Would happily come back.

I was really disappointed with my visit. The food was very underwhelming considering the price. I paid extra for chicken and received only five tiny pieces. We mentioned this to the waiter, who was kind and did try to help by speaking with the chef, but we were told that they were “following the specs.” Unfortunately, that didn’t make the dish feel any more worthwhile-nearly £20 for a plate of pasta that still tasted underwhelming, even with added chilli oil, salt and pepper.
Overall, I can’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Worst meal we have ever had, gravy was water with bits in, mash was stodgy and cold and like had been sat for ages, beef was cold and so fatty left half of it. The Xmas pizza was horrible, didn’t have half the things was ment to have, cheese and tomato with a bit of turkey????

I went here with a group 11 people. We had a long table put together. The venue is small but still fit us in comfortably.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We used the app to order and split the bill, This was simple and the staff helped out if we had any issues.
The food was fresh and lovley. The kids in our group also enjoyed their meals.
The vegan food was good quality.

It was a wonderful evening. We arrived without a booking, and they still managed to find us a table. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When I requested my hot drink to be served with our meal, the request was clearly and carefully communicated to the rest of the team.
They checked in with us at just the right moments asking how the food was and whether we needed anything without being intrusive. Nothing was forgotten, and the service felt perfectly balanced. They were equally gracious and attentive to the table next to us, handling requests with kindness and no hint of attitude.

We had such a lovely experience at Prezzo – Bridge Street thanks to Aurelia. Despite it being the 14th of February and us not having a booking, she kindly managed to find a table for me and my husband, which we truly appreciated.
Aurelia was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout the evening. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured everything was perfect. We received genuine 5-star service and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you, Aurelia, for making our night out special!
