The only thing bad about this place is that it isn’t open every time I want it, and often times they are running low on ribs. Sometimes people reserve ribs a day in advance because they are so good and in high demand. This means they don’t keep more than a day or two worth of meat on hand- which ensures ultimate freshness and quality. It is a locally owned family business and they really know bbq well. I know the folks they buy the meat from and it is top quality for the price. The service you get is top notch- the lady is super super nice and even remembers my order every time. They have a points system where you plug in your number to a tablet, which is cool for folks like myself who frequent the joint. I like the way they have two drive through a and a walk up window all in like a 50 square foot building. Pretty much genius business idea. I’d honestly like to buy the brand and make them all over the west coast- they would kill it.

Very bland smoke flavor from the one piece of tritip that wasnt smothered in a A1 flavored bbq sauce with a sweet twist. The sandwhich bread was ok at best.
