Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Missing multiple ingredients, no functioning soda machine, no chips, no sign, wait until you’re already at the register to tell you so you’re on the hook paying for half a meal. Trash everywhere. Severely understaffed. Management needs a serious overhaul. Done with the entire brand.

The worst experience that I have ever had with Chipotle. My food was inedible. It had random items in it that were not supposed to be there like what I think was a blue string, some tomato chunks, and large strips of onions. The food was disgusting. The rice was clumpy and sticky. I couldn’t even mix my bowl because of the giant rice balls. I used to love Chipotle, but I do not think I will be going back anytime soon. I couldn’t even eat my food, and when I tried to tell Chipotle about it, I was ignored.

One time I went they got my order completely wrong and had the wrong meat and everything. But I ordered through the app again and got a quesadilla and it was really good! It was nice and hot and was ready to go when you walk in at the left there is a shelf that has the to go online orders. I think this place is either a hit and miss, but I recommend ordering through the app because I think that’s the best way.

Mold in the fountain drinks! Mice Squeaking in the walls. Bathroom is a hit or miss, Men’s bathroom has been going out of order on/off for 5 months and they turn the Ladies Room into a UniSex Bathroom

Mobile ordered over $30 in food for me and my wife, got home and their was a spoonful of rice, a few pieces of chicken and barely any toppings. Terrible. AND when i called, they said i would be credited for our meal and that never happened. The Service here used to be great, much better than other local Chipotle’s but now even ordering in person, the staff is rude and barely puts any ingredients when ordering.
