We have never eaten a dinner on a Saturday night and then returned the next morning for a brunch at the same restaurant until this past weekend. This was a first because of one person – JULIE. She was engaging from the minute we were seated and made our experience a smiling one from start to finish. For our brunch I had seen Mimosas advertised on the web, but they did not appear on our table menu. Julie went right to the bartender and confirmed that it was an oversight. Don’t overlook Julie for management or you will miss a great opportunity.

Food was great. Tons of flavor… highly suggest the smoked wings the smokey bones way. But the best part of this visit was the waitress Julie… that woman makes the experience well worth the visit. Very personable and caring to the customers. Her character is worth more money than this world has… I hope she is there every time we come 🙂

It can be kind of loud and I’m not always up for that but the food is SO GOOD! My favorite is their baby back ribs! Our server today was Shaun G and he was wonderful! Super friendly, always smiling and checked on us to make sure we were having a good time! Highly recommend unless you don’t like noisy places. To be fair it’s not always noisy but it is a sports bar so there is always the possibility.

This review is for our visit to the York, PA location this past weekend. Our server, Julie was the most excellent server. She was very personable and friendly. Not only did she provide us excellent and over the top service but we also noticed she was fantastic with all of the other tables around us that she was serving. It really made a difference to our dining experience while at this location. The food was also very good and we had no complaints. I gave the atmosphere at this location a 3-star instead of a 5-star simply because of the genre of music that was playing in the restaurant. We felt that public spaces should choose a more suitable, standard genre instead of what was playing. It is not a complaint, but just an observation. I know that everyone has different tastes in music, however my personal opinion was that it was inappropriate. If you are near this location and want great food and excellent service, please make sure to request Julie as your server and you too, will hopefully have an amazing dining experience. Enjoy!

I live in Harrisburg, and I came here because they had good reviews and were open at 11pm and I wanted barbecue. That was a mistake. Nothing had flavor. I ordered the ribs and 1/4 chicken. With broccoli and Mac and cheese as sides. Everything had little to no flavour. Almost as if everything was boiled or microwaved. And I had small portions of everything, like there was a LOT of space on my plate between everything. And to top it off the waitress checked on the food before I’d started to eat and that was it and brought me one refill but also didn’t come by to ask if I’d like another at any point. But she did come check on me to see if I wanted a desert/to spend more money in the hopes of getting something with flavor.

Went to smokey bones on a busy Saturday, we had caitlan as our waitress and she was incredible, attentive and was always there to make sure our food and service was 10/10 when part of my meal was wrong!! I hope she’s our server forever will recommend you to ask for her when you go! And that cornbread is AMAZING

I appreciated that I able to make a reservation for a party of 12. Other restaurnts I checked would only do call-ahead seating with no guarantee of a seating time. Our server, Meghan, made sure we all had enough space at the table and took our orders promptly. She also made sure beverages were refilled and brought pitchers of water to the table. The food was served hot, portions large, and tasted great. Meghan also had all of the checks in order, even though we were not all sitting next to our spouses. We will definitely return.

The potatoe wedges were huge but seemed like there could have been one or two more. That wasnt really a problem because the food was delicious! We got the nacho appetizer and that in itself could have been a meal. Their mixed drinks were delicious as well. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
