One of the besttt lemon drops in the city! This is my boyfriend and I’s go to spot because they’re open late, have good drinks, and it’s good vibes. They also have a happy hour menu so def check that out. Nataliya and Keila are our faves!! They’re great a what they do. Very attentive, kind, and make fire drinks. Smokey bones is lucky to have them. We appreciate yall!

This was my first time coming here. So we came in with four adults two small children and a teenager. Our server was Carol and she was a rockstar!! We are a wild bunch and she kept right up with us. The food was great as well. We will absolutely be coming back anytime we are out this way.

Hands down my favorite bartender. Always welcoming, always on point, and somehow remembers exactly what I like without asking. Drinks are consistently perfect, service is fast without ever feeling rushed, and the vibe instantly improves the moment they’re behind the bar. Just ok for food. Mostly cold but the flavor was good. The atmosphere, on a Friday night, was very much a “Bruh” bar scene. Nicely set up and pleasant to lpok around. But still very much a chain food standard. Staff was great but very busy with very few people working. Saw too many people at tables havimg to get their own drinks…not good. Prices are good if you stick specials.

Went to a late night Christmas party there at the restaurant, since we had to work that day and close down the restaurant we work at so we all started to show up between 915 935pm. Our waitress said she is off in 45 mins and at that point only 2 people had shown up from our store. Just felt kinda rushed and her bf was waiting for her to get off of work. We all had given her a tip but it would have been a lot more if she had only been patient with is trying to have a fun Christmas party at a nice and welcoming restaurant.

Went for lunch and Carol was amazing. So attentive and caring to us and overheard her with other tables and was just as caring. The food is great too! We also had a manager come over I guess he’s from a different store and is filling in but he was so nice to us!

Smokey Bones seems to get a lot of love online, so I went in expecting a solid, easy family meal. Instead, it was a frustrating mix of great food and a bunch of basic misses.
First off, the driveway wasn’t plowed, which is a rough start in the winter. We went at 3pm with two kids and they had no crayons. Not the end of the world, but it’s a pretty standard family-restaurant thing. Then they served my kids’ juice in paper coffee cups, which felt cheap and sloppy.
Service was the real killer: extremely slow and weirdly unresponsive. We were left waiting with no real check-ins or urgency.
Here’s the worst part: the food itself was actually really good, and I was genuinely enjoying the meal… until I found a hair in my baked barbecue beans. That instantly killed my appetite.
Between the poor basics, slow service, and the hair in my food, I won’t be going back.
