Don’t order the brisket here, it’s nasty. We had a group of 12 and they wouldn’t even let us use the great room so everyone can sit together at my grandma’s 93rd birthday. The only thing that was decent was our waitress

I went for lunch, and although the food was good, it wasn’t enough for you to really feel full. I had pulled pork with 2 sides of broccoli (which should have been more plentiful) and my buddy had a baked potato and soup (cup was really too small for the price). But the place is well kept, clean and has a good atmosphere. Server was very friendly and helpful.

Service is always great. I love the smoked wings and the mac and cheese varieties the best! I’ve had a few inconsistent experiences along this line, but only in that the guy in the back oversmoked some or they were a little dry. I go here all the time though, for the great food I’ve had I definitely can’t complain.

Came in for a nice late dinner with my family. Only because i received a coupon in the mail since service and food in the past was less than good. The restaurant was fairly empty so we expect good and fast service. The fried pickles as appetizers were OK, half too saturated in oil to be edible. But it’s an appetizer can’t expect much. Ordered the kids mac and cheese , buffalo chicken sandwich, a full rack of . Louis style ribs and an order of soup & Salad. The food took too long to get there. We could see the sandwich and the ribs sitting at their window for at least 10 minutes. The server in the meantime keep passing us and not checking on what we needed. We had to keep flagging him down to give refills. Once we receive the order, the children’s portion is ridiculous. The mac and cheese comes in a tiny Ramekin that not even a toddler would be satisfied. The soup and salad also comes in a tiny Ramekin in a small bowl of room-temperature Caesar salad with very little dressing. Needless to say I did not eat the salad and my ten-year-old was still hungry after his meal. The ribs were extremely overcooked. They tasted like burnt sauce and the toast was cold and Soggy. Not once did we get a chance to tell the server as he never cared to stop and check how our food was. He did notice that the food was still there and brought us a box. Not once did he ask for the manager to speak to us and his words were why did you not tell me sooner? And of course our answer was because you were never around. They offered to take back the ribs and give us a fresh rack. I’m not stupid I don’t take food back as I don’t know what they do to the food especially when they know they’re going to get a bad review. Still paid way too much money for inedible food even with my little coupon. Once again will never go back to this restaurant ever again. I thought I’d give it a second chance but this is it. Bad quality food, bad service, uncomfortable ambiance as it was too hot in there and very small portions for the price. Stay away!

Very disappointing experience with ordering a to go salad. Starting with the person who picked up the phone and took my order. She was very disorganized and spent a lot of time fumbling around before she could even write down my request. When I arrived to pick up it up, they had to search for someone who could ring me up because the girl behind the To Go counter was cashed out. This is at 3:30 in the afternoon and the restaurant was almost empty. When I open the salad at home I find that it had 2 ounces of steak and maybe not even. Four very small, thin pieces of steak. I have ordered this salad here before dining in and it brings at least three times the amount of steak. I have stopped coming to this Smokey Bones because there is always an issue with the food. I gave them another try after almost 6 months and will never give them my business again. I should mention that I live within walking distance but will definitely keep driving to Texas Roadhouse a few miles away where I always get a great dining experience and great value.

The brisket sandwich was too much bread it seemed and difficult to eat. However, the flavor was spectacular. Loved the fact that the kids menu was adult-inspired. Recommend having less stuff on the table as with 4 people it gets crowded once food comes out.

The food is fairly good and priced correctly. The cocktail and beer selection is better than you would assume. Now the bartender Jess is awesome. With out her all of my experiences here have been three star. I run a Night club and would love to have more people like Jess work for me.
