Ordered dinner for my family from here: two pizzas, a cheese stick, and a 6 PC wing. Food arrived on time, but one of the pizzas was missing. Upon calling I was asked if I could come get it, I ordered delivery and paid for delivery and tipped the delivery driver for a reason. Then she had to, while still on the phone, scream to other employees asking if they could take it to me. Then I get put on hold, the manager picks up and tells me it’s getting sent back to me. Great! I thought.
45 minutes pass with nothing. I call and immediately get put on hold for literally 5 minutes. When the manager answers, the pizza is still sitting there “under the warmer.” Their driver will be back in 10 so it’ll be to me in 20. Will it still be hot? Doubt it. Did it seem like literally anyone at this location cares? Not at all. Half of my family has eaten.
It’s now been 35 minutes since that “20.” I’ll update this if it ever shows up but we are not hopeful.

Kirsten, As well as her Manager and the rest of the team over at the Shadeland location, we’re absolutely amazing this evening. I had placed an order last night through a delivery service and they completely dropped a ball. Literally had a cat all in my box of pizza That was left on the ground…. I called to the location. They said bring the pizza back they will make it right. And they absolutely did. Thank you guys so much. You all are amazing.! Signed the girl with the cat pizza 😉

They can NEVER GET IT RIGHT. Never. And then they lie and tell you that they will remake it fresh and it shows up looking horrible. I asked for EXTRA sauce. Please see picture. There is no sauce in the very center of pizza. like NONE! Needless to say, we are done giving them chances.

Bro do you people who work here genuinely just not care and just trying to get ur paycheck get through the day. Y’all make my stuff wrong get mad when I ask you to remake it. Remake it like garbage and the. Give me dead pepperoncini with no crunch or juice. This stuff right here why I cant stand people. My husband went to place order and he was told they was out of sauce for cheese sticks? So we had to order plain bread sticks which were dry and had no flavor. Then the pizza we had felt like it was double charged because of the price. Everyone was unfriendly and hateful.

I don’t know what happened to this location but it has been awful for months now. I keep coming back thinking it was just a bad night… nope. Each time your drive thru takes at least (if not more 15mins). Tonight I was the 3rd car in line. The 2 cars ahead of me had to wait and wait. The guy in front of me was waving just trying to get someones attention to come to the window as he was ignored. My order was scheduled at 7:00. 15 mins later I had to KNOCK on the window as employee after employee walked past the window but offering no help. Once I knocked a manager (he said he was one of them) came and opened window. So now my 7:00 pizza has sat at the window 15mins and handed to me cold.
Service starts with management and trickles down… I’m not coming back, I’ve given you more than enough chances to know this is your norm now and not a bad night. See ya Papa John’s, I know you do not care.
