My husband and I have eaten at the restaurant several times and love it so we decided to go with them to cater our September wedding. Our wedding was absolutely unforgettable and the food was a huge part of that. Guests are STILL raving about it months later, calling it the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We ordered the pulled pork, goodness, turkey, mashed potatoes, baked beans, and mac and cheese. Every single dish was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.
The owner, Matt, was the best. Communication during our planning was so easy and he answered every question promptly. He was even the one who provided the service on the day. He delivered, set up, served, kept everything restocked throughout the meal, and even boxed up the leftovers for us to take home. Honestly, it’s absolutely worth adding food service to your catering order; it made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. If you want food that everyone will be talking about long after your wedding day, Smokeshow BBQ is an absolute must!

The food is mediocre. There is something so depressing about sitting in this torturous room and staring at the plain food they give you that you paid for; with your hard earned money. The service is poor. They messed up my good friends order and my order and when I went up to fix my order, they took an unnecessary amount of time fixing and completely replacing my order, when they could have just gave me a side of Mac and cheese with my chili, like I had asked for to begin with. The atmosphere is draining and makes me upset just thinking about walking in that wretched hellhole again. The food is nothing special. Never satiate with this horrible place.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who has had any inkling of proper barbecue food before. The pulled pork was decent, but greasy. The brisket (pictured) was fattier than what I see in the mirror, cold, and without flavor. All the sides needed seasoning as well. The only redeeming aspect was the cornbread.

From start to finish, this was a great, professional experience. All email and phone communication prior to our wedding was terrific, helpful, clear, and concise. We had our taste testing a few months before the wedding, and one of our protein selections was changed, but we received immediate communication on it and had full cooperation with the catering team.
Payment was smooth and easy.
When it came to the day of the event, the setup happened fast and unobtrusively. The team members were fun, engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and overall wonderful.
We’re lucky that these folks are local so we can stop into the restaurant once in a while!

Smokeshow BBQ catered my wedding on 10/11/25, and they were fantastic. They were professional, timely, and kept the buffet running smoothly, which made the day so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and they provided such generous portions that we ended up sending guests home with leftovers. The pricing is very generous and affordable. Highly recommend them for any event!

Shared the 3 meat BBQ plate with another person and we both enjoyed our meal. We both loved the ribs which were dry rubbed and EXCELLENT! The brisket was good but a little dry for me. The sauces were great and for our third meat we had chicken wings. We went on Saturday evening and they had live music in the back! Definitely worth checking out for the food and entertainment.

Second time I’ve tried this place, both times have been amazing. All meats were delicious and sides are amazing.
Staff was so helpful and knew their stuff. Ask for the lean brisket and don’t but bbq sauce on any of it, it does not need it!

Went there today for the first time . We each got 3 meat combo with 2 sides, cornbread and a drink. Price was $86 plus I think $12 or $14 tip ( they don’t do table service)thought the food was good, however the portion size i thought was small and more importantly everything, except the collared greens, was served just warm. So half way in everything was getting cold.Service was good. All in all I was disappointed but would go back and give them another shot.
