Nice new little restaurant in town, food is good, BBQ Is ok….we ordered 2 sandwiches meat was a bit dry…I was confused if my sandwich was supposed to be hot or cold…there meat is definitely re-heated. However the sides were delicious, Cole slaw is vinegar based and very tasty!!!

Ordered takeout. I got the pulled pork salad, hubby got the pulled pork sandwich and kiddo got the mini corn dogs. App of corn ribs. Got ranch dressing instead of the French I ordered. Had to reheat kiddos entire meal. Corn ribs were good in flavor but cold and tough. Shocked at the amount for the price. Not in a good way. Hubby’s was alright. Maybe if it was warm it would have made me want to go back but I think it’ll be a while.

I got the pulled pork and rib combo and it was awesome. This place just become one of if not my favorite places for food in Merrill. My girlfriend loved it too. Seriously impressed. Both the Smokey bbq sauce and the Texas whisky sauce were divine.

Good overall bbq . Considering there isn’t much options in area . These guys at least put out good smoked meat . I’d like to see them grow maybe to wausau area with a actual dining area . But we make the drive to merril once a month at least for the family feast take out .

Ordered the beef brisket dinner. The sides were all delicious, however the brisket itself was just ok. The meat was more on the tougher side then tender.

I got a brisket grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, and corn on the cob and it was delicious!! The Mac and cheese was kind of mushy but delicious non the less. Definitely visit if you get a chance!

Just went there Thursday 12/28 for the first time. Really cool looking place, food was great, didn’t wait more than a few minutes for my food, and the guy working was really friendly! Would recommend!

Absolutely the worst ribs I’ve ever had. Fatty, greasy, no smokey flavor, undercooked and tasteless. Add in the rude personnel behind the counter and I give it zero stars. GROSS!!!
