Outstanding is the word best describing this place … simply superb if you wish.
Great owner Sham … nice guy superb quality offering honestly my best food experience in months I tried the Brisket the Hot Dog and brisket loaded fries and frankly the offering was the best I’ve had outside America.
The brisket is succulent with just the right amount of ‘bark’ the Hot Dog was full of flavour really meaty and lightly spiced and the loaded fries were sublime … this guy is going places have no doubt so thank you Sham I shall return !

Really enjoyed the food, 4 of us went whilst fasting. So big appetites and the food did not disappoint, I left in a food coma. I came for the brisket and ribs, but left having eaten the best chicken I’ve ever had. 4 hours smoked, skin was juicy, meat was tender and falling apart, the taste was just insane. Had to have been my highlight!

We dived in the Texas meat tray. The meat was incredibly tender and succulent, paired perfectly with their house-made sauces and the flavours were on point.
The customer service was outstanding. The owner personally guided us through the menu since it was our first smokehouse visit. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

We ordered the Brisket Slaw Bun, Beef Ribs, Brisket Loaded Fries, Rib Loaded Fries and Chicken Loaded Fries.
Everything was juicy, flavourful and succulent. The sauces complimented the food really well and they were all made in-house. The food was fresh, portions were generous and the price is reasonable.
Customer service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had never been to a smokehouse before and the owner explained everything on the menu and recommended a few things for us. We will definitely be back.

So Bradford has some AMAZING food spots but I’ve never seen anything like Smoked Inc here! We got the Brisket Chilli bun (chilli jam is all homemade and tastes divine btw) and the Rib loaded fries (that bone broth gravy is absolutely amazing- so juicy & bursting with flavour) Thank you Sham for the invite, for such a lovely evening & absolutely amazing food!

We ordered the Brisket Bun with slaw, Hotdog, Beef Links and the Smoked Chicken. Portion size is good and everything had such a rich balanced flavour. Brisket is tender and flavourful worked really well in the bun with the slaw. The chicken was amazing so juicy and flavourful and the smoked miso flavour complimented it really well. The hotdog with mustard was so nice, the mustard had a really nice flavour and the sausage was really good it had a subtle flavour with the jalapeño. One of the best food places we have been to in Bradford the quality shows in the food. Will be back to try more menu items.

The meat was incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth with every bite—clearly slow-cooked to perfection. The peppercorn sauce was a standout, bringing just the right amount of heat and richness without overpowering the natural flavours of the brisket.
