I ordered a pizza at 10:30pm and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered despite the app saying it was delivered at 11:01pm. I also have sceen shots where the app said delivery was going to be at 2:30am. I called the store to verify that delivery was on target and I was told no problem delivery was on schedule for 11pm. That was an hour ago. Still have not received my order. They’re closed now. No pizza. 0 stars

called 3 times and each one got progressively worse so many excuses to not serve me first both my cards apparently declined ans their card machine “didn’t work” and they don’t accept cash and then they said it would take 2 hours to deliver and she said i couldn’t pick it up ether. to be honest i don’t know if she she just didn’t want to work but they should’ve let me know each time no delivery was available. terrible service always

Do NOT Order From Here! Horrible service, every single time we have ordered they have forgotten something, including this last time where both drinks were forgotten, when finally brought there was only one drink, and instead of letting us know they were out of the other drink we ordered they wrote it in sharpie on the label…a drink we paid for…and the food is either undercooked or overcooked every single time…we have never had a positive experience, and will not be ordering from here again. Also having door dash deliver for your business is just awful, they all speak poor English, have horrible customer service, and you can’t question them about missing items because they don’t know. Seriously don’t bother with this particular Papa John’s.

Possibly the rudest encounter I have ever experienced. Attached are the photos of the pizzas I received from this location. One was incredibly overdone and mostly black and charred. The other wasn’t even cut. I called the store to inform them and the manager David Crow called me a d***head. He also asked me “Who works here? Me or you?” I received an apology from his brother Phillip who is the franchise operator. That kind of cleared up how a person who treats customers this way has a job. Nepotism at it’s best. They did not offer to refund my purchase or attempt to reconcile. Please beware ordering from this location or any other that David Crow works at.
