I just finished getting my chemo hooked up. Was struggling with nausea, and was trying to soothe myself with something that I could eat doused in their bad for me garlic sauce I crave sometimes. Personally I don’t usually eat Papa Johns, as I feel their pizza is subpar. So I was already hesitantly giving them business.

I ordered a LG pizza online applied the 50% coupon, (regular price is $22.99, so that brought my amount to $11.50). When I walked up to pick up my prepaid order (on Wednesday), there was a huge clearly posted sign on the store window. Wacky Wednesday 1 LG pizza $9.99. That means I overpaid for MY pizza (If I knew of this special, I would have selected it from the app). I requested that they fix my $ amt, and refund my money since this special was not online. They said pizza is pre-paid. Which I said.. I know. They said it would make their register weird, and they were not refunding me.

I have worked customer service before… I know a manager can make a price adjustment on an order. It might be a hassle, but they can do it. Dude just kept pushing back, and insisted he would not make things right.

I told him that’s horrible customer service, and he shrugged. I said I’m not okay with that, and won’t be returning. He said.. Eh.. Good Luck with that.

I will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable. It’s the principal of the thing.

Really unpleasant people to talk to and order through. Wouldn’t really answer questions swore a lot just all round unprofessional employees were throwing bits of food at eachother. Floors and services were gross to touch and just all round not a good place to go to for pizza, let alone customer service.

Make sure when ordering, you make sure the cook can read.

We ordered wings and extra cheese pizza tonight for carry out, my husband was told to wait an extra 20 mins at the store because there was another big order which is fine, if our pizza would have been hot and right. There was barely any cheese on it and it was cold. Ridiculous. Do better.

I originally gave this location 5 stars. That was about 3 years ago. They have declined tremendously since then. Tonight was my breaking point.
The location, traffic dependent, is 30 seconds to 1 minute away from my house. I still use delivery because, well, convenience. I ordered tonight and then just waited, watched the tracker show the driver pass my neighborhood. 30 minutes later I get a text from door dash saying it would be at least another 10-15 minutes. I did not know they were delivering through door dash, as they have always had their own drivers. If I would have known this, I would have never placed an order for deliver; as I despise door dash.
So, I called the store and cancelled my order, which overall, was easy enough. However, 20 minutes later the food still showed up, not hot, and the extra sauces had tin foil covering them, instead of lids.
So, now I am waiting to see if they charge me again. I am not eating the food, and will take the whole order back there if they do.
I will never order from here again, which is sad, because we have ordered A LOT of food from there over the years.

We normally love papa John’s and we tried several times with this location. But honestly they need to be shut down. I always order for a set time and without fail it NEVER shows up. This is the 3rd time now this has happened. I have called and spoke with the manager, who offered absolutely no solution when I asked where the pizza was and why it wasn’t here when it should’ve been 45 minutes ago his response was because it just now got made. This was after I called five times and was on hold for 20 minutes. I explained our pizza is always over an hour late and once didn’t even show. Again, he couldn’t care less. I understand mistakes can be made but they also need to be made right. Horrible

Possibly the rudest encounter I have ever experienced. Attached are the photos of the pizzas I received from this location. One was incredibly overdone and mostly black and charred. The other wasn’t even cut. I called the store to inform them and the manager David Crow called me a d***head. He also asked me “Who works here? Me or you?” I received an apology from his brother Phillip who is the franchise operator. That kind of cleared up how a person who treats customers this way has a job. Nepotism at it’s best. They did not offer to refund my purchase or attempt to reconcile. Please beware ordering from this location or any other that David Crow works at.
