Their food is absolutely to die for and the portions aren’t a joke, they definitely didn’t joke around. They came out to feed us at our Crucible performance that unfortunately didn’t happen but we did a showcase instead and they even gave performers a discount. Absolute amazing people!!

It took me four times to be able to eat at this truck my schedule’s a little wonky. But when I tell you it was 100% worth it I’m not exaggerating. My daughter got the chicken bacon ranch and it was absolutely phenomenal!! I got the piggy brisket and I ate so much I had to take a nap afterwards. The sweetest people and some really great food!!! I will be back as much as my schedule lets me

The food was incredible. The smoked wings were the best I’ve ever had. They were huge, juicy, and perfectly smoked, with white oak and cherry wood, the coarse ground pepper used in the seasoning literally popped in your mouth thanks to the perfect smoking. The smoked potatoes topped and stuffed with Mac and cheese and pulled pork or brisket ( we had both) were so so good. Find out where this truck is going to be and chase it down. You won’t be sorry.

Ok y’all, I’m not a BBQ person, but this is the BEST I’ve ever tasted. I had the brisket and it was melt in your mouth tender. The woods they use to smoke their food with makes it so delicious. Their potatoes are over a pound or pound and a half of food and I absolutely recommend. The main pig is good too
