You want real SMOKED ribs/brisket/pulled pork … then you want Smoke Something BBQ.
You will taste the goodness for a couple days … the only BBQ I eat unless I smoke it myself!
If you want something to accompany a couple adult cocktails … I suggest both the brisket and pulled pork tacos! Can’t go wrong!

I’m confused why not just drive to springs to get Rudy’s BBQ. Stopping here to pay $12+ for a “plate 1 meat 2 sides” was a big disappointment. It upsetting to see other people content like sheep by being overcharged for food in pueblo. $6 will get you a whole lb of meat including many sides and as much free bread as you need. This is illogical just my opinion. Food wasn’t great left still hungry along with my wife. Where I’m from any BBQ joint pays for the meat per lb.

I’ve had the ribs (best in Pueblo by far), beans, potato salad, and gouda mac. Everything was fantastic, though the gouda mac wasn’t really my thing. Literally everything else was just about perfect. Get it whenever you can!
