We visited for the first time last night with our 20 month old baby and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was great.. food, beer, service! I forgot that there was NFL playoffs happening at the time, so it was a bit loud but we got there relatively early (around 6) and did not have to wait to be seated. The mozzarella sticks were really yummy, I got the pub burger (with beer cheese on the side) since their burgers were voted best of Tallahassee in 2025 (according to the Tallahassee Magazine). It was very delicious and did not disappoint! The fries could have been seasoned a little bit better, but weren’t bad. My Wife had the korean bulgolgi style cheesesteak and that was quite excellent as well. Before we left we told our server that it was our first time there and that we would definitely return soon. Shortly after, the manager came and told us that they like to ask first time customers about satisfaction, and then gave us a coupon voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit which was very nice! Oh, also the beer selection was great. Overall, great experience and will come back soon!

I hate leaving marginal reviews, but feel obligated to be honest. Let’s start with plus, nice atmosphere and the service was great. The chicken tenders are very good. The grilled cheese was mixed bag. My son said it was ok my wife wasn’t a fan. The street corn and fries were excellent.
Many of the items were bland to flavorless. For a place that claims to have best burgers in town I was frankly shocked how little flavor that burger had. I had the It’s on fire which should have been an explosion of flavor. The brisket, short rib, and Chuck burger should have been great flavor. It was not. Tasted like a no name over compressed frozen burger. They claim not frozen for the record. I didn’t even finish it leaving nearly a third. Perhaps a new chef who forgot the seasoning. My daughter had a bread less cheese steak. This was a huge miss and should have been sent back. The steak was warm-ish at best. There were no onions and only green peppers. No onions sure impacts the lack of flavor here. It wasn’t good. Finally the French onion dip was incredibly bland. Tasted like sour cream with some green onion slices on top. Nothing like a French onion dip. It was sour cream with and unnoticed flavor. Wish we had something different.

The Cheese Louise was delicious and just a perfect blend of a grilled cheese sandwich and hamburger come together, it was a marriage made in heaven.
My husband’s grouper sandwich, ohhh boy… The bun was bigger than the fish. He wanted and ordered the grouper fried but it arrived grilled. The portion of fish was very small, and it tasted like it was prepackaged and previously frozen, not fresh.
Overall the waiter did a very good job, very attentive. the beer was good, the mixed drinks were very very good and that’s it, get a better grouper sandwich.

Good food and strong drinks! We got the sliders as an app and I almost didn’t get a picture! The French bread pizza also didn’t last long.
I got that Buffalo chicken sandwich with the ginger slaw. I didn’t particularly care for the side but everything was made with quality ingredients.

Smitty’s is a vibe, and it’s beautiful!
They have great beers, cocktails, and shots on the menu, which are decently priced.
We didn’t have big portions of food, but the snacks weren’t bad.
The service was amazing, fast and very friendly!
The restrooms are neat and clean, and Smitty’s is a great place to meet up with friends, your partner or for a pit stop

We love Smitty’s and it seems to keep getting better every time we go. I had the falafel burger this time which was really good, the grouper sandwich is also excellent. My wife swears by their fried chicken. I also really enjoy their hummus appetizer, and the giant pretzel is very good.
