I ordered 45$ of food and had to pull around to wait for my KFC order. I waited 5 minuets for it to be incorrect. I was missing my crispy chx nuggets and the lady said oh I gave you a 4 piece strip instead we don’t have any nuggets left. I told her I don’t want the tenders I want the nuggets as they were for my 2 and 1 year old. So I waited almost 20 minuets for the nuggets. She never gave me my receipt back and when I got home(15minuet drive) the famous bowl was just chicken strip pieces and french fries!!! No corn or mashed potatoes. Im so disgusted with EVERYTHING!!!

I’ve been working around the corner from this establishment for the past couple weeks so I’ve been in and out quite a few times. food is always fresh and the team seems to get along really well. Everybody’s always smiling and the place is clean. I like coming here because they’re very inviting whenever I walk through. Good food and a good team. Keep up the good work guys!

The spicy chicken sandwich at this KFC had overly tough chicken that was difficult to chew, as if it had been fried multiple times. The nuggets were excessively salty and lacked good flavor, falling far short of the “It’s finger lickin’ good” claim on the packaging.
I also witnessed a male employee enter the women’s restroom just as a female customer was coming out; he did not acknowledge her and walked straight in, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The only highlight of this location is its pleasant environment, with large glass windows on three sides that let in plenty of natural light. If the food quality matched the setting, the experience would be much better.

I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews, & I live here & try to support the businesses when possible. However, this was really worth notifying the owner. The 1st batch of fries hard & funny taste…so I thought old. I felt really bad for the drive through person slammed….since I had gone through the drive through, I just drove around & went in for new fries, the biscuit that was left out, & some sauce, as the photo of nuggets covered in sauce wasn’t what I received.
I did receive new fries, a biscuit & was told next time if I wanted extra sauce there would be a charge even though some nuggets barely had any sauce. I also tasted the fries once out at the car & again a funny taste which must have been old grease in the fryer.
I know they are busy & thus not a lesser review as some is not their fault….but it is sad & a disappointment to not have regard for the food, & not appreciate why I took the time to drive around & come in. If they aren’t supposed to be covered in sauce then the photo should show otherwise. Rancid grease for the fries isn’t easy to by pass as acceptable either….
The app price is also much less than through the drivein…but just saw that.

Absolutely the worst location I’ve even been to.
1. No manager on duty
2. 23 minute wait for 3 tacos.
Sitting at a regular restaurant would have been faster than this “Fast Food Establishmnet”

Rude workers, waited 15 mins to be waited on then girl had an BAD attitude. Advertise pot pie special but didnt have them. Soda dispenser gross, needs updating and better selections of popular drinks. GROSS!

This would be my second visit to this particular KFC/taco bell facility. Did a quick order online. Did not know you have to go into the store to pick it up. Too bad you cant go through the drive thru to pick up. Order was not ready when I got there which again was disappointing.. Why give a time when you cant meet that time. Picked up my order went home.. Get home and open my order and the chicken was burnt, NOT JUICY and definitely not fresh. I am usually not one to complain and was hoping this experience would be better than the first visit. It was not. I don’t think I will make a third attempt. What a shame.

This location has severely struck out. Everything was cold and flavorless. Restroom was out of order and the dining area was unkempt and dirty. It was at 3pm on a Sunday. No customers.
