They have the best por k skins in town if they stop putting chopped crumbs beneath regular skins. You are not allowed to see the actual skins in the bag until you buy them You might get a few whole skins and then the rest is crumbs you can’t do anything with but throw away. They cost around $6.50 per bag but what you get is a roll of the dice. I dont think that is right. I’ve gotten pork skins from other SCNB and had no issues. Just Jones Sausage Rd location. Canon guys, yall xan do better. You’re a great place to dine but the pork skins and vanna pudding needs a lot of attention. Sorry to call you out but I get tired of coming back to return and HOPE I get a better bag. See through bags would help.

I ordered on uber eats my items are on the receipt I did not get any sauce or coleslaw on my plates and they gave me half a scoop of baked beans. How I scoop once and see the bottoms? Go spend somewhere that’s competent enough to read and fill orders as they’re supposed to. Ugh lunch ruined.

Good pulled pork and decent sauces. The Brunswick stew and beans were not bad either. Just don’t bother with the banana pudding that tastes like it came from a box. Staff was nice and the place was clean, but had a cheap feel.

I hadn’t been to a Smithfield’s in YEARS because the one closest to the house closed down so we decided to journey a little further to this location and we were not disappointed. The restaurant interior was very clean, the staff were super friendly and QUICK, and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely drop by and grab a BBQ sandwich!

Horrible customer service.. I got a bag of ice from this establishment they didn’t tie the bag up and the ice spilled ALL in my car over me literally my entire floor was filled with ice. Nobody offered to help and they spilled the entire bag of ice in my car literally pointed the bag of ice towards the window to hand it off and it spilled everywhere before I could even grab it. The right thing to do would’ve been to offer help getting the ice up…

We are lovers of SCNB. Unfortunately this location on Jones Sausage Road fell short on this visit. The chicken was either overcooked or had been sitting for a while because it was dry. We had 2pc dark plate and 5 piece tenders. I usually go to SCNB just for the tenders which ,at other locations, are large pieces of breast meat that are lightly breaded and SO juicy. These were smaller , with the 5th piece only about half the size of the other 4. Better luck next time, hopefully!

James that talks on the drive-through cannot be understood because he wants to talk fast and do things his way. The first time I just pulled off and swore I would never go back the next time I went he said the same thing where you couldn’t understand him. I asked him why he is talking like that. He said I just be talking fast. Got up to the window talk to the manager. I told her he cannot be understood because he wants to talk fast and do it his way. Customer Service is out of the window because you have an employee who wants to do things the way he wants to do them not the way it’s supposed to be done

Told the lady multiple times that I wanted two tender sandwich value packs and half a dozen of hushpuppies. She acknowledged the order and when I got to the window, the guy repeated the order to me and didn’t mention the husspuppies. The lady never put them on my order and instead of tender sandwiches, I got pork sandwiches. I had the husspuppies issue fixed, but didn’t realize the sandwich issue until after I got home to eat them. Those pork sandwiches tasted pretty bad…

This is the first time I’ve ever been to this place and it’ll be the last. Today I got two meals that cost me about $40. My mother’s chicken was incredibly old and when she bit into it, it was so dry it was almost inedible. My chicken tenders were slimey. Like when I would break it apart a string of slime would appear. A few hours later I was vomiting and experiencing bad abdominal pain and diarrhea. So basically this place thinks it’s okay to serve customers spoiled meat. Never coming back to this place. The pecan pie was phenomenal though.
