Since when does panera serve the brownest most wilted old lettuce I’ve ever seen? This is the crud I pick out of the old bag before I make a salad on it’s last legs before grocery day. I took a bite and got a nasty wad of wilted browned lettuce and had to spit my sandwich out. I just needed a quick bite before I started my afternoon and now I think I’m gonna be sick. At least I could get my soup down, granted it doesn’t come back up later.

The Strawberry chicken salad is supposed to have oranges and Chicken. Apparently you have to ask for all the ingredients. I purchaed two and they arent cheap. No chicken in either salad.

The Panera Bread location in Murrysville has always been a top choice of mine. Not only with the meals but the soups and bakery. I love the fact that the dining and seating area is so spacious and you can go eat there alone. This last time I went there, I got the half flatbread with half veggie sandwich all for $9. The prices have always been reasonable and I can’t ever complain.

I visit this Panera at least three times every week, sometimes twice in one day. I give them quite a bit of my hard-earned money. I can honestly say that the store has declined significantly since COVID hit in 2020. I do feel bad for the management and more tenured staff because the quality of workers has dropped. Simple breakfast orders that should take ten minutes take twenty-five. Mobile orders are almost always delayed by 15-20 minutes. No one knows how to make an over-hard egg ! (It’s like I’m being punished for not wanting a liquified egg poured from a carton)

Love Panera bread. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel. Soooo good. I used to religiously get a dozen cinnamon crunch bagels at a time…theyd always be hit or miss on freshness. Was tired of taking the chance of old bagels first thing in the morning. Anyways, i ordered 1 and it was hard as a rock.
