I’ve been going to eat at Smithfield chicken n barbecue. When the black manager was there. He was great at his job. Most of all the chicken was fried fresh. Not fried and left in the warmer and serving old greasy chicken. I requested for fresh wings straight out the grease. I was brought a 13mins to 15mins wings that was half cook. Took it back. And brought me back chicken still half cook. I don’t know if he had a attitude or what. But it took the waitresses 3 attempts just to get wings cook to where they were good to eat. Will never eat there again. Hire a manager that take pride in their job and have overall care in serving customers good hot food. We pay our money to eat fresh quality food. Waitresses were great and understanding.

Food is good order is accurate. Staff provides excellent service. My issue is with the online order. The text says it will be ready by 4:50 pm so I sat in lot and waited til 445. They said it wasn’t ready so I pull into parking spot and get another text saying order should be ready so i sit in line again and it is not. At this point it is past the 4:50 window. I was told to go park again. Finally it was brought out at 5. The text system should agree with the actual orders.

We just moved here from Ohio and this was our first time trying Smithfields. The food was so good and the portions were generous. Thank you for a good dinner. I had the pulled pork meal and my daughter had the chicken tender meal.

We did dine out and had a really large order of 200 serving They were very courteous and all of the staff and the manager went out of their way to accommodate us by helping put all of our food in cambros to keep it hot for our trip. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.

The people seem to be the finest employees in the restaurant industry — kind, responsive, and helpful. The food is terribly unhealthy (not a veggie or salad on the menu) but it’s delicious and plentiful. Other than a number of empty tables needing cleaning, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable.

This places food has really gone down hill.. BBQ has NO flavor at all. Chicken tenders I got were a brick, been sitting too long. Sweet teas wasn’t sweet, beans have no flavor.

I ordered Smithfield’s tonight through DoorDash. DoorDash delivered the wrong order and the driver could not remedy this. Hampton worked quickly to resolve the issue. I am very impressed on how the staff handle the situation and will definitely be back to or will order from this establishment again in the near future. Great service for sure!
