My whole family loves Smithfield’s Chicken and BBQ. We live out of the area, but stop here everything we pass by.
The food is all fantastic. We tend to get a large combination plate. One of the sides has to be Brunswick stew. The hushpuppies will melt in your mouth. All washed down with sweet tea.
The staff is all friendly and the service is great.

I literally cannot even put into words to express just how impressed we were with this restaurant. My mother and I traveling thru decided to stop for lunch (10-9-25) and we have done nothing but talk about how happy we are that we stopped. The staff was so friendly to us and everyone who entered, everyone they interacted with such positive vibes we loved it and judging by the amount of customers and take out orders that we saw, we’re not the only ones loving this place. The young lady greeted me as soon as we entered, she offered to help me and in fact she was very helpful to a newbie. Lol very patient and kind. Our food came out very fast and was good. And the icing on the cake was Corrine. She brought us our food and was truly one of the sweetest, most polite people that I’ve ever met and I’m 50yrs old so that’s saying something lol there was another lady maybe a manager with a black uniform on, she was so polite to everyone she encountered. Super great service and we very much appreciated it we will definitely be back and anyone reading this should give them a chance. I know you won’t be disappointed. Great employers have great employees and these employees today are definitely setting an example

I like the Smithfield Chicken & Barbecue restaurants but this one really tops the list of the ones I’ve visited. The establishment is really clean, the staff insures that it is. The service here is top notch. It gives the feel of a much more expensive fine dining type of service. Karena plays a large part in bringing repeat customers to this location. Truly service with a smile!

Outstanding customer service ! It’s been a long time since a bunch of young folks were this kind . I mean every last one of them that attended to me were brilliant and hospitable. I’ve never been to this chain restaurant before but my first impression was awesome and the Brunswick stew was flavorful . I’ve never had that concoction before but they recommend it and it was a hit . I’m here for a short 4 day stay from Miami, Fl. and I know I’ll be back since my hotel is behind this place

Love this restaurant. The chicken is amazing. I got a platter which comes with chicken , two sides and a bunch of hush puppies. They also don’t charge extra for the Brunswick stew as a side. As most places do. My husband got the wing snack . Which came with 4 or 5 wings and a ton of fries.The only thing that made me sad was they didn’t have a tee-shirt for me to buy .. the employees are so nice and helpful. I enjoyed watching them interacting with the customers. Great customer service. We were on a trip and we stopped at a different Smithfields on the way there and a different Smithfields on the way home. They were both the same great service and food. Other places should follow their lead. Great job.. Thank you

As always fast service and friendly staff. I have been coming by here for more than a year. I always have had good service and good food here. The floors was clean and so was the bathrooms. Today I got the barbecue plate with coleslaw, potato salad, and hush puppies. I always enjoy my barbecue with some Texas Pete is the only thing I eat Texas Pete on. It is great.
