Our #1 place on our visit to Seattle. Abraham is the new GM and is INCREDIBLE. He’s reinventing the place! Not only did they open up the whole patio outside for us, he made us an INCREDIBLE Hugo spritz, the poutine was great, and our experience was the best we have had here. Will be coming back every time we visit.

Came to this place with 2 friends, we did make a reservation but probably didn’t need one. Took quite some time to get service maybe 10 whole minutes before we even got water. We ordered drinks. 2 of them came in a timely manner but the other 2 (a beer and a cocktail) took about 10 more minutes. During that wait we ordered food. All the apps were great. But, we got our main dishes and were a little disappointed. My wife and my friend both ordered burgers. My friends came out with everything on it.. and my wifes came with nothing but a patty and cheese.. so we had to send it back for fixings. My other friend and I both got the linguine, shrimp and clams. They were both not hot… more like room temp. Some of my clams tasted like they were just in the fridge. Neither of our dishes were seasoned in the least bit. We still ate it. But could have been warmer for the price. Took quite some time to get the bill after that. Overall it was OKAY. wouldn’t crave to go there again though. But the workers were nice and so was the restaurant itself.. maybe just short-staffed that day.

super cute spot! the food was pretty good, and I enjoyed the seattle dry cider, since the cocktails were pretty pricey. the server didn’t check on us once after giving us our food though, until they asked if we were ready for the check at the very end of the meal, and we were one of only two groups in the restaurant.

We ordered a kale and acorn salad, and chicken masala. The acorn was uncooked, the kale was rancid and yellowing and it was thrown together with walnuts that had gone bad. The chicken looked like vomit. Easily some of the worst salads and food we’ve ever had. Avoid this place—don’t know what happened to it but it’s awful.

My family and I ate at Smith on
Sunday night and had a fabulous meal. Their service was excellent, the manager made a point of engaging with our group twice. He was very friendly and excited about his new role at Smith and letting us know we could expect great service. He was right! The waiters were fast and friendly. They have excellent food! We shared the duck poutine as a starter. It literally disappeared! Great poutine!
The entrees were excellent as well: fish and chips, burgers, duck and chicken wings. We had no room for dessert, but will be back. Smith team, thanks for a great night out!

I went here about a week ago to grab dinner with a friend. It’s got a cute moody, rustic atmosphere, really good food (especially the poutine), and our drinks were great! The service was also quick and just the right amount of attentive.
My friend used to come here a lot when she lived closer. She said the service is much quicker than it used to be. Sounds like the new management has made some big improvements!
Will be back!

This is a nice funky bar/restaurant with interesting decor and a beautiful wooden bar-top. I was going to a movie in the area so I stopped in on a Monday night for dinner. The hostess greeted me enthusiastically and I asked to sit at the bar. I noticed a wide selection of liquor. The menu was eclectic but I chose the beef ravioli in meat sauce. I was very happy with my meal as the portion was good sized and was obviously freshly hand made. The sauce was really good and meaty. Since I was driving I didn’t get a cocktail but the iced tea I ordered was tasty. It being located in Capitol Hill the place is gay friendly. The staff was warm and friendly. I would recommend this establishment.
Note: After I wrote the above I had a chance to talk to one of the bar staff, a lovely woman named Brooke and I decided to give my review a 5 star instead of a 4 star for service. Brooke was really warm and friendly and a good talker. I noticed that the group next to me consisted of a regular and you could tell they had a good rapport.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The design is absolutely amazing, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor really sets it apart. On top of that, the portions were impressively generous and every bite was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both its aesthetic and culinary delights!

Food was really nice and tasty ( the fried calamari needed a bit less frying to make it softer, but nevertheless its was delicious and the tomato sauce with it was amazing). The service was amazing and very friendly. I recomend Chicken tacos and fried calamari.

Really impressed with the staff and their service. Ashley was our server and was on top of things from the start. Abraham the manager was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. He greeted us as we walked in and checked in on us at the end of the evening.
