Had to waste some time so I stopped in here for a quick bite. It wasn’t crowded and I didn’t expect much but the chicken was delicious. The girl behind the counter was excellent and helpful. All in all a great experience.

Came here on a whim for dinner around 8p and was told by the woman working they counter that they were about to close — unable to eat in certain areas of the dining room but location closes at 930p? Anyway. Food was decent and came out pretty quick. Like that they offer single/double options and really enjoyed the rosemary fries. Wish they had combos instead of itemizing the burger, fries and drink. Spent $40 for a family of 4

Nobody else in there except one person, I placed an online order and they still couldn’t give us a decent amount of fries. Everything drenched in grease. $30 for two single patty burgers and two regular fries. I’ve been to other locations that don’t skimp out. Maybe try a different one.

Despite other reviewers experiences, I have always had a wonderful experience of this location. It’s always clean the employees are always there and to want to help with anything they can. I decided to try the new burger the mac’n smash. I also ordered a fried egg on top. It’s definitely not the type of fried egg or burger that I was expecting but it’s all right I wouldn’t say that I would get it again. They used to have a burger called the chorizo smashburger that was my favorite and that’s the one I always come back here to find again but they never have it. I prefer the smash tots over the fries or sweet potato fries. Plenty of sodium here.

Ordered through DoorDash so maybe if we went in it would be better, but definitely wouldn’t recommend delivery as our food was not warm on arrival. My fries weren’t even a full order and cold. My chicken sandwich was actually pretty good for just the classic sandwich, if it was hot, it probably would have been excellent! We also ordered two salads without eggs and they came with eggs and no dressing. It was a bummer since this was everybody’s first experience of smashburger.

Horrible customer service and not sure what’s going on with the cooks! I ordered a hamburger with mushrooms Mayo ketchup and mustard. I got home and noticed it was dry and had no sauce so I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the manager she insisted she was the one who made the burger and she had made it correctly so I said I would bring it in and show her myself. I got back to smash burger and they had my new order ready, I’m 21 years old and just started ordering food myself (sad I know) so I grabbed it and got into my car. I opened the burger and it looked like this…mind you I did not ask for extra. The “manager was very intimidating so I just left it at that and ate as much as possible because I was not going to just waste food..

I’m not sure what all of the other reviewers are talking about with bad customer service and bad food. I’ve been going here for a while and have never noticed this. The food is always good, cooked right, and hot and ready. There’s always a lot of seating and you get your food very quickly unlike a lot of other burger joints. Gotta say the new logo is kinda ugly though lol

EXCELLENT mushroom and classic burger. Everything is fresh. Best garlic fries ever and I’m not a fan of shoestring fries. But these were exceptionally tasty. Same with their sweet potato fries….omgosh so soft and wonderful taste of sweet potatoes. A must for our burger, is the side of freshly sliced jalapeno, which they took off the menu. BRING BACK THE JALAPEÑOS!! Reason for 4 stars….s/b 5.

I don’t know what’s going with this location. The service has gone down the drain. I ordered and my pickup time was at 8:20. And when I arrived the person upfront stated that I had to wait for someone to make my shake. After 20 minutes of waiting. I believe the lead came out and literally took my shake out of the freezer. What is going on?. Sadly with staff like this, this restaurant is falling apart. I also took pictures to show the long wait time.

Well, I have visited this store a few times and have not been impressed. The first time I visited this location it was freezing. I notified management of the chilly situation and they simply told me they have no control over the HVAC system. Here are my concerns with a burger establishment being too cold. Basically the customers are freezing, any food delivered to the customer cools down quickly as well. especially fries.
