Amazing food and about as good atmosphere for an open casino restaurant, but the service really killed my experience. I ordered at 11:01 AM on January 11, and with me being the second person there the service was fast, but that’s it, it was just fast. They didn’t accept my gift card (it was digital and this place may follow certain casino rules, but the card also had a number that could be entered manually), and the lady who opened and was working in the morning actually snatched my card out of my hands as I was trying to pay, that is disgusting behavior for my first and only visit.

Despite a longer-than-expected 45-minute wait to place our order due to staffing shortages, the Smashburger in the Harrah’s Casino at Laughlin, NV, proved to be a convenient stop with truly delicious food. Once our order was in, the burgers, fries, and shakes arrived quickly and were absolutely fantastic. The customer service, even amidst the challenges, remained wonderful and attentive. It’s clear they prioritize quality, and it shines through in their fantastic offerings.

We are here when we arrived to the Harrah’s and checked in. To start, it’s a small menu but from what we tried it’s pretty good quality. I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was pretty good. It’s served on a nice bun and the patties tasted good. I ordered their special fries which had some herbs on them and they were pretty good but they were kinda soggy. My wife ordered their special herby tots with her burger and they were much better than the fries. Overall I like the food here and the price was pretty good.

After arriving in Laughlin at Harrahs were hungry we called Smashburger to see if we could place an order over the phone. The gentleman that answered the phone placed us on hold we were on hold for 20 min we hung up the phone & went downstairs to Smashburger. The line was long, wait time was exactly 30 minutes. Food was under the light waiting to be served the food stayed under the light 15 minutes before being served. When we finally got to the cashier she realized the phone was off the hook, I told her good thing I hung up & came on down. Placed our order waited 25 minutes when I got my order my food was cold not some of it but all of it. Single cheeseburger, tator tots were cold. This was my first time visiting a Smashburger this was a terrible experience, I was so hungry I couldn’t eat the food. The burger patty was so small I could have made a commercial asking where is the beef? I was so pissed I showed my food to the manager she apologized & refund my money.

Good burger; we ate here a few times during our stay. Turkey burger & our bacon burger were decent; nice char on the patty & lots of bacon. Half of patty & condiments weren’t on the bun but easy fix. The Cobb salad was fantastic, packed with lots of toppings!! We had the salad a few time as one isvplenty for two adults. Fries are delicious; must mix in the bag for maximum dispersion of the garlic & herbs on the fries. We had the chicken tenders too, good batter, moist meat & good portion size.
This location is open late & does allow you to earn Ceasars Rewards. Only downside side is the prices!!

Me and I wife just came in here for a quick little bit. Nobody else was in here, customer wise.. It was in the middle of the day, but the staff was very attentive and make sure the fountain drinks was working. We got the smashed tots and they we’re pretty good, very oily because of the Olive oil, but that’s what you get, but it was very flavorful.. Tables were clean, all the chairs pushed in, and they are very attenive to the dining room area..

The burger tasted delicious and was cooked to perfection, satisfying my hunger. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, which was a minor disappointment to the meal. However, the service provided was excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a generally positive dining experience, despite the issue with the fries. I will consider returning in the future for another meal.

Worst experience I ever had. Cold food no meat in my hamburger. I got a double bacon and they gave me a single couldn’t even see the meat. The frys were swimming in the old they put on it. Denise was very rude she wanted me to eat what I didn’t want she was sent to the kitchen because she was so rude.
