The app forces you to tip for carry out
Which I and many others fine ridiculous I will tip every single time. I have an actual server at a restaurant or a delivery driver, but why am I tipping for carry out? There’s nothing to tip for who does my tip even go to?!?? NOT CLEAR it is just scummy business practice
Do you tip the person after you use a business’s bathroom? No.
Do you tip the window cleaners at a office building because you can see out the window? No.
If I’m not receiving a direct service, why am I tipping??!? and forcing it is just a whole Nother level! I will be damned if I ever return

I ended up spending $50 on a large two topping pizza and 10 wings to have delivered at 5:30 PM.
I got my food about an hour and a half early; the delivery driver made me pull the food out out of his bag; there were 27 pepperoncini’s thrown in the corners of the box and on the pizza (I counted); and the pizza looked like it was made by a seven year-old with an adult standing behind them telling them it was “looking good, bud”.
Looks like I’m never getting Papa John’s again. Thanks, Outer Loop.

I asked this girl repeatedly if they had my order. Considering she had told me it would be ready in 5 minutes 10 minutes beforehand. I asked her after waiting far longer than I should have if they had two medium pizzas coming out and she said they did. After waiting a few more minutes I asked her again and it turns out, they didn’t even have the pizzas made. Then the young lady with the braids started mumbling under her breath and making facial expressions. When I called her out on her attitude she started getting belligerent. Just like she did with the customer that was before me. So I asked who the general manager was. They refused to give me the name. That’s not how this works. I’ve worked for Papa John’s for over 15 years and if somebody has an issue, you tell them who the general manager is. I will be following this up with the DO of this store. The entire crew were slow and apathetic. I come from two different million dollar Papa John’s stores in Louisville and I know a dead store when I see it. They had an empty screen and a handful of boxed orders on the heat racks. Now I know why they’re not busy. Absolutely pathetic store.

Food and services was very horrible I never experienced something like this not in this area l’m very appalled and astonished, managers are very rude no professionalism my pizza got delivered yesterday evening look like it’s been dropped by the driver, I called the store to complain like any other customer would we paid $30 for this trash ! the manager was very dismissive and credited the order back. I was fine with that until all three of my children got sick from eating the Pizza they have food poisoning I called the store the following morning the morning manager who I spoke with of course she didn’t give a name was so nasty hung up on me mid-sentence telling me that I’m lying using profanity and that my children are not sick and that our pizza was never dropped . l’I never recommend anyone to eat here . Very trashy distasteful people. Horrible people working there .

Second disappointment at this location. Ordered pizzas in advance. Picked up pizzas at scheduled time. Pizzas looked like they were cooked at least an hour earlier. One pizza also missed a lot of toppings as crust was 2″ long. Sent two notes but never got a response

I’m not that type of person to complain about their food but this is not ok. I called and told them about my pizza and the general manager said she couldn’t do anything about it because I was there an hour ago. I pretty much wasted $35 on bread. I didn’t notice my pizza barely had cheese on it till I got home so make sure you check your food before leaving because People can’t be trusted anymore to prepare your food the right way

The pizza was ok. There is always a bubble on it and that’s irritating to not be able to eat all the pieces. The cookie looked really weird and didn’t taste good at all. So I wasted my money tonight and probably won’t waste it here again. TRIED AGAIN AND THEY STILL MESSED UP!!! THROW THE WHOLE STORE AWAY!!!! TO BE SMART TGEY MADE ME WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR MY REPLACEMENT… OKAY NOW ILL CONTACT THE OWNER… CHECK!!!! Tried AGAIN!!!!! Messed the pizza up again!!!! This store NEVER gets it right!!! Close the freaking store down!!!! FAILURE!!!! 3rd pic was supposed to be light sauce GP, Onion, Mushroom… So no light sauce and had sausage on it!!!! I don’t eat meat!!!!!!

Cheese bread delivered with almost no cheese. Called the store and was told I had to bring it in “to prove” it was made badly. If I could or wanted to go to you I wouldn’t have paid for delivery.
