Picked up food from the Queen Creek location this evening. It was the first time I had visited this location and ate at Smashburger for a really long time. I walked in to get the order and the restaurant was nice and clean, and there was not any type of weight and I believe it was the manager that was bagging the food and Let me know the food would be ready in a couple minutes. As I went to sit down, he offered Me a cup to get a fountain drink while I waited. He was very kind and they all had great customer service. The food is good and the location was very clean. We will definitely go back. I also felt like it was very affordable especially these days.

If I could get 100 stars for service, I would. Joe is so kind and thoughtful and really cares about the customers. From the moment my kids and I came in, we were treated so well. Joseph was professional, enjoyable and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable and the food was prepared better than most 5 star restaurants.
Service was phenomenal as they assisted with any needs and wants that we had.
This place just hit my #1 spot in all things food, quality and service. I left a tip in the beginning because at the counter he was amazing. By the time we were done- I wish I had cash to leave another tip!!!
