Used to be a colorado based company after they took over the icon burger off colorado in Denver. I wish it had stayed a Co owned business.

BEST SMASHBURGER EVER!!! ANDREW was the best!! He remembered my name and gave us a cool cupon! The woman with blonde hair taking us also was super helpful. I asked her how spicy the chicken was and she was helpful.

IF YOU LIKE SMASH BURGER. COME TO THIS ONE! Best hamburger experience of my life

Absolutely fantastic service, Andrew and Erin made sure our food came out super quickly even while they were packed! The cooks did a superb job, burgers were cooked perfectly and I asked for extra onions and tomatoes, there was a plethora of both! Smash Fries were phenomenal, honestly some of the best garlic herb fries I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend!!!

Was so happy to find out smashburger has gluten free buns but it falls apart within the first 2-3 bites. I have to keep trying to put pieces together to get another bite and go through like 20 napkins lol. It’s awesome to offer but do better guys there are GF buns out there that hold together much better than this!

This Boulder Hippie who’s trying to avoid the consumption of seed oils and my pursuit of not contributing to our throw-away-American society-mentality, I was thrilled with Smashburger! The counter help was exceptional, friendly and patient. The tallow fried “smashfries” were delightfully sprinkled with herbs and so tasty hot! The packaging was minimal with re-usable baskets and trays. I even had the opportunity to use my favorite re-usable drink container at the fountain and tea station. Overall, the environmentalist and gut conscious consumer in me gives it a thumbs up stamp of approval. Way to go, my hometown born, Smashburger!

Wrong burger was brought out and the bun fell off while the server was bringing it to me. She said she would bring me another bun but didn’t for about 20 minutes until we had to walk up to the front with our tray to get a replacement. We ordered 2 fries and only got one and they were cold. It seems like there’s only one employee working the register and serving orders. They need to hire more people. I don’t understand why fast food chains are cheaping out like this. If the floor can’t be managed then they need to close early if they can’t hire more staff. There’s a supervisor in the back and 2 cooks. I’m not sure why service is terrible.

Food was fine but the entitlement attitude of the host was disturbing. He flashed me the tip screen and said I needed to choose. I chose 10% because he essentially is just handing me a bag. He clearly was unhappy and never said another word to me. Not a “thank you” or anything. The tip culture is out of hand. Culvers and Chic Filet have figured out that being polite and grateful for your business is a winning formula. Will Smashburger learn the same?

Usually great but ordered single Mac n cheese burger and all I got was a dried out patty of mac n cheese with no burger. Just bun and burnt dried out Mac n cheese. Wasted 10 bucks and didn’t eat. Lost a good customer.

Smashed. Hearty. Flavorful. Delicious. The OGs of smashing patties on the flattop came in hot with an updated menu featuring some classics and new and exciting builds.

For spice lovers the spicy jalapeño smash is a must. It has layers of that fuego featuring a chipotle pepper bun, spicy chipotle sauce and fresh jalapeños that are cooled off with crisp lettuce a signature smash patty and cheese.

So go ahead and get smashed at Smashburger

Don’t reccomend. Service is slow. Needs to hire more staff asap. Messed up my order and had to go back. So many other options to choose from that are a walking distance. Chipotle, potbellys, McDonald’s, burger king.

You know, I understand that the economy is garbage right now, but the way to sort that out isn’t charging $5.50 for a large fry and half filling it. My 1 star review is due to going to this location once a year (if that) since 2015. I used to go a ton in college. Staff is nice, place is a grease pit. The floors are always slippery from grease, the baskets, too. Do I fault the staff? Nope. Because leadership comes from the top. Employees only work hard if paid well and treated right and given the proper tools and training.

I love the food but I can’t stand this location one bit. I just ordered delivery and it cost $42 for 2 sandwiches 3 tenders (strips, not orders), and a “large” fry that was half full. They don’t offer combos so it’s a clean $20 for a drink and sandwich and fries. I can go to Red Robin for a $12 burger that comes with unlimited fries. I leave there bursting for under $20. I highly suggest folks who consider this business to follow my lead and start patronizing businesses that aren’t clearly pulling shrinkflation theft. And to the staff: if your higher ups are touting record profits or telling you the business is hurting; look up the CEOs pay and ask yourself WHY the business is actually hurting. It’s not YOUR paycheck, I’ll tell you that.

God speed, compatriots.
