I have a hard time finding food that is gluten free when coming to Rawlins and I have had every Mexican restaurant. Growing up here, another was always our go to but I need something closer to the hotel.
Pinchis was so good. It reminded me of tacos my godmother made me growing up and I will absolutely be bad. Good flavor, sauces were hot and, food was ready quickly.

These tacos are so good. I am so sad I don’t live close to get these again. We got the Asada Tacos, fijita steak tacos, and al pastor. I got an angel queen dessert cup and it was so yum. Enjoy!

I was really looking forward to trying the place that had a really good looking menu and ice cream but the food was lacking flavor or any heat whatsoever I got smothered burrito green chili was bland had no flavor Good chunks of pork in it just lacking flavor I got another burrito that I wanted just as a burrito but they smothered it and I asked for no lettuce but I had lettuce on everything I do got to say they’re white habanero sauce was very good

I wanted to love this place but I ordered asada tacos, received tripa, and then when I raised it with the person who took my order, she assured me it was asada. I didn’t want tripa but wasn’t going to argue with her, so I left. No idea if the food is good or not.

The food was okay…but won’t be back for tacos. We will definitely return for their delicious THRIFTY ICE CREAM! A single scoop filled the waffle cone. Three cones were only $9. This is our new ice cream joint for sure!

Phenomenal food made with love. I don’t think I’ve ever had a quesadilla that delicious in my life. Definitely go and try this food. You will not regret it. Also, they have the best salsa cart I’ve ever experienced. Fresh sauces and plenty of toppings. 10/10 recommend
