Let’s start with the ordering experience. It appears they have fully switched to the customers using kiosks to take their own order. That’s fine, I’ve accepted the future, but here are the issues. Half the people walking by get confused and just keep walking. Also, what’s the difference between fries and smash fries? You would assume the machine would explain that, or the menu behind the counter, but nope. Then you notice to order a soda you have to leave the kiosk to grab it and scan. Later you will be disappointed by the lack of a COLD beverage. When paying, of course it suggests tips, with 18% being the lowest. Do I think the peeps cooking and working deserve an increase in pay? Sure, but I have an issue tipping for less service. Then you get the food, and yes, it was wrong, but you realize the burgers are old. So what’s my point? If you expect someone to pay airport top dollar for the food, let’s make an effort to make it a but fresher. Prob last time I’ll be visiting this place.

Landed in Denver for a transfer flight to Santa Barbara. We ate lunch here and ordered the Smash Classic Burger single patty and Smash fries. The burger was pretty small and the fries pretty greasy. Nothing special. The burger is $14 and up charge on the fries $1.50. My ice tea is $3.99. We also ordered 2 drafts beer @$10.50 a piece. Total bill including tip is over $65.00. Oh, they only have 18% or more tip to select.

Caught an early flight out of DIA and was pleasantly surprised to find Smashburger in Concourse C open and ready to serve. I jokingly asked if they had a hamburger at that hour, and much to my surprise they had a breakfast burger—exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Service was super friendly, the space was clean, and the food hit the spot.
While this isn’t fine dining, that’s not what you expect at an airport. For what it is—a quick, tasty, well-prepared bite before a flight—I give it five stars. Smashburger delivered on convenience, quality, and friendly service right when I needed it most.

Smash Burger at the Denver International Airport was conveniently located close to our gate, which made it a great spot for a quick meal before our flight. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was really good. Fresh, hot, and just what we needed during our travel day. Definitely a solid airport dining option!

Stopped in to get a smash burger because who doesn’t love a smash burger? I order a classic single smash burger and it came w/ fries. I ordered it on the kiosk & my receipt printed. I turn around, the woman is calling my number for my order. I mentioned that was pretty quick & she said “yes”. I take my food and walk out to sit at a table that’s in the airport. I noticed my fries were old and cold. I went back and told the same woman & she told me the cook just gave it to her. I let her know again that the fries were cold. She then takes the fries and goes to get me a new one. Few minutes later she gives me a fresh fry. I walk away to go sit and open my burger and met with a dried up Pattie w/ old looking cheese laying on the bun. I don’t understand how this can be served to someone? Anyway, I went back and she gave me another burger and that burger was OKAY. Save your money and just go to McDonald’s if you want a burger.

I waited in a long line to order. Then in line to get my order. When the burger finally came, it was bare. I waited in line again to notify the workers. The guy said, “It’s served on the side, in the bag.” I believed him. Went and sat down to eat. Nothing in the bag but ketchup. Not enough time to wait in line again, so I ate my $17 burger plain. Not happy.

They provide only meat and bun – all the veggies are on the side (provided in a plastic ziploc bag) so you have to assemble the burger yourself but it’s not any cheaper… not the best. we ordered to-go btw

The line process is chaotic, staff was yelling at each other, and they were rude to my husband we he briefly and politely inquired about his order. He got a double and was only given a single even though he pad for a double (see receipt). Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Veggies come in a bag and look sad. Burger and bun tasted old and dry. Even with the time saving method of not assembling the burgers, it still took a while. I didn’t even notice there were veggies in the bag until a few bites in. Fries tasted old too.

Not bad for being in an airport. The service was very friendly and I received my 4 piece Chicken Tenders very quickly. The Tenders came with fries which was a pleasant surprise. The chicken was tender and juicy. The 4 pieces of chicken were actually bigger than I had expected. They have honey mustard sauce but I went with the SmashBurger special sauce. They sauce I got tasted like honey Mustard without much honey. Nothing like Chicken Tenders for breakfast!
