The people there are nice but this is the second time I have came to this location. The first time was my very first time at a smash burger the whole bun was smashed down (smash burger means patty only) sweet potato fries were way over done and they barely put any crispy onions on the burger. I’m glad I gave it another chance because when I went to the location on Quebec it was a totally different experience. While at the Quebec location I got a chocolate chip and strawberry shake and went back to that location just for the shake when I went a second time. Well tonight I go back to the location on orchard to just get a large sweet potato fry and a chocolate chip strawberry shake and the same guy from last time was behind the window making the food. The fries weren’t filled all the way up like 75% of it so I asked for more fries and he did give me some and was apologetic about it which I appreciate. But then after getting my shake they said there was no whip cream which I can do without but the shake wasn’t full either and when I got back to the car realized there’s no chocolate chips in it either. Good service isn’t what’s missing here all of them are really nice. But you’re missing consistency and care in the food. If you don’t care the foods not great and less people come. I was in a rush so I didn’t go back in to get it fixed but I am disappointed. I came back in to give this place a second chance but I probably won’t be coming back to this location unfortunately

This Smashburger makes up for their branch in northglenn. Respectful employees, clean dining area, quick service, and the food was so well packaged that we went home 15 minutes away and the food was still the right temp when we ate at the house. Burgers were accurate, and I didnt have a single issue. If I want to eat a smash burger in the future I will go here.

I don’t get smashburger very often but when I do I’ll drive out of my way to visit this specific location. Ray is the manager at this store and he is a class act. You can tell he runs a great operation by the quality of the service his employees offer on a very consistent basis. Melisa took our order today and was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, answered our menu questions promptly and efficiently. The burgers were fantastic and the hot fries were a hit too but the real star of this food show was the peanut butter cookie shake Melisa whipped up for us. TO DIE FOR !! Thanks for Orchard Smashburger for always taking great care of us !! 10 out of 10 !!!

I ordered an order for pickup and brought the meal home and was disappointed to see that the fries were about 1/3 full and were cold. My chicken sandwich and burger did not have all the toppings on it. This is the 3rd time at this particular location that things have been sub par or they have given me the wrong thing. I usually enjoy smash burger but this location in the evening is horrible. All I wish is someone would take a little more care.

Ordered a double burger today which took forever to cook with regular smash fries which were obviously old fries which haD been sitting around and were thrown back in the grease and served to us..Disgusting. I just wanted to buy a burger for lunch as I was craving one. Literally not a single person in the store. The guy in the back looks at me, doesn’t say anything for about a minute or two until finally he asks, ” did you need something? Did you place an order? ” I said, “no, just wanted to place an order” and he proceeded to get frustrated and said ” we have a ton of burgers kn the screen its going to be a really long time”… I dno if they are overworked or understaffed or what but ill never be coming back here again. I’ll get a Wendy’s burger in 1 minute. What a joke

Great team here. Long day at the hospital and messed up the location of my order. When I showed up at the wrong place looking for my food, I called here to let them know I was too damn tired to come back and pick it up. They said “no deal” and then took down my order and said come back whenever it works for you and we will make it right. So a week later, another rough day at the hospital and there’s my hot burger ready to go. Thank you guys, made my day so much better!
