Lol, I’m reviewing this as I sit outside for the second time in a week waiting on my curly fries. It’s 12:30 in the afternoon and I have no idea who’s responsible for making sure there’s enough fries for the lunch crowd. Just seems odd to me. Otherwise the food is pretty good here.

That’s can be a huge help considering the whole of the US is struggling to make ends meet under the trump rigeme. Ordered the new pulled pork sandwich and the new brisket BBQ . Both sandwiches came with zero BBQ sauce on them .This was after my wife asked for extra BBQ. They said you get what comes on there and that’s it. Well , there’s absolutel zero sauce on them . Both mac and cheese are ice cold. And they forgot my kids juice box in his kids meal . Lol

Stopped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly impressed by some things, and not by others. The staff was great! The food – so so.
Let’s start with the staff. I have the Arby’s app and, being a Tuesday, I got a coupon I was going to use. But, for whatever reason, I was having trouble figuring out how to enter the order in to the app properly. The employee behind the counter saw that I was struggling and offered to help by applying the coupon at the cash register. He went to the shift leader and got the approval to do so and saved me from the problems I was having. He also made sure he got my order right and helped me and other customers in other ways. Five star service for sure!!!
The food was a slightly different story. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The chicken pieces had been cooked a while before so when I bit into them I noticed they were actually room temperature. The bigger issue for me was the wrap though. It was very chewy to the point of almost being tough. Not sure if it also sat out for too long of what, but it was almost unpleasant. Final comment, and a positive one, the buffalo sauce was actually pleasantly spicy.
So, overall, an OK experience.

I love Arby’s I have always been a fan! I came here and used my coupons from the Sunday paper and they let you use multiple coupons on the same order! I would have gave 5 stars but they were out of shake mix apparently for the evening and I was confused because they have 3 different flavors plus the specialty mint chocolate shake which I’m assuming is just chocolate and then they add the mint so I’m just like so you’re out of all 3 mixes? Wow smh
