Scott was super friendly. He noticed I signed up with the app and he was nice to show me how the app works. We dined in and he came by to see how we were doing and he took my tray away. The food was great. Haven’t had smash burgers in years.

Burger here are pretty good and can be customized however you want. Fries are really good too.
The only thing I cant recommend is the Chicken, had a smash chicken burger the other day and it tasted awful. Had 2 bites and threw it in the trash, I don’t know exactly what it was, if the chicken or the mayo but the other burger (beef) had same ingredients and tasted fine so it must have been the chicken.
The guy taking the orders is great though, I’ll get his name next time. He is always helpful and pleasant. He is always cleaning when not taking orders or taking food to the people eating in the restaurant.

Amazing experience at Smashburger! Scott provided outstanding customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our visit enjoyable. My husband and I ate here for dinner and did not have a good experience. We’ve enjoyed Smashburger before, but this makes us never want to come back. The employees seemed annoyed that we were there (although we weren’t the only ones in the restaurant and it was over an hour and a half before closing). Our shakes seemed to be small on portioning and the food was abysmal. My burger and fries were so greasy, it made me sick as soon as I got back home. Grease is to be expected with this kind of food, however, I shouldn’t have to use 4 napkins to soak up a pool of it on the tray. If I had known this was the quality of food and service before going in, we would have gone somewhere else.

The complain I have it’s 8 pm and they have the lemonade lock up I love the lemonade but they pack it early like that they don’t clean in the end of the night wen they close at 10 pm on Saturday ,people still eating and you want to pack everything early.

We visited Smashburger in Southlands on a Wednesday, which happens to be Kids Eat Free night — a huge win for families. The food was excellent across the board: fresh, flavorful burgers and perfectly cooked sides that hit the spot.
We treated the kids to a couple of shakes, and while one came out a bit thinner than expected, the team handled it with genuine hospitality. They remade it without hesitation, and the replacement was spot-on — thick, creamy, and delicious.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both quality food and service that makes you feel valued, but this location nails it. We’ll definitely be back for more midweek family dinners.

Let be honest smashburger has some good food. It might be a little expensive but what place isnt rn. My problem with today’s visit was the fact that the ceiling was falling down. Right above the registers there is a large water damage spot where the plaster is falling down. Its very unappealing and makes me wonder what the ceiling in the back looks like.?

The place feels family owned. The food was really good with amazing shakes. Hamburger buns were excellent and the burger patties were better than your simple generic. It seems like it was made by a family instead of that fast food style. We also had the loaded fries and seasoned smash fries. Both were great with heavy flavor. Bathrooms were clean and there is a lot of light in the place making it nice to eat at. i loved the side drinks of mandarin cardamom, strawberry dragonfruit, and lemonade (i made my own mixed beverage with all three, so so good)
