Yet again trying something new…Smash burger but bursting with flavor the smash sauce is awesome. I order single burger delish, fries had a smash burger flavor season on them very good also but you can order regular or sweet potato fries.

I placed an online order for smash tot and classic smash burger but had never eaten here before so I had no clue what to expect. Walked up to counter maybe 10 mins after order placed. Long lines at chik fila and zero line here, which should have been a sign.
The statue (tall female) at the counter didn’t smile or say a word at first So we stood there together until I couldn’t take the silence anymore. I’m guessing she wasn’t interested in serving me based on the silence? Not sure, but its YOUR job to greet me, not the other way around. I dont understand that….
But nonetheless order was received with no further issue and even got a “thank you.” I was not impressed with the temperature or size but the taste was pretty good. Perhaps a double would have been better. The single was pretty skimpy for $6.19. Also, I poured out the tots and it was wayyyy too much oil. I realize they are tossed in oil to make the smash tot but this (see pic) was unexpected. I can’t even eat them. Fast food is already greasy enough without the added spoons of oil. I probably wouldn’t eat here again as shake shack is much better in my opinion. Pretty disappointed overall

Inside lakeside shopping center. Was very surprised considering it was my 1st time. Black bean burger was amazing, sweet potato fries and Brussel sprouts. The tea was really sweet though.

The burgers were so good! They remind me of homemade burgers on the grill. Customized just how you want it. We enjoyed our meal sitting in the food court at the Lakeside Mall people watching and it was great. Highly recommend!

I have to say that was the BEST double smash mushroom burger I’ve ever had. I’m 52 and I’ve had many but wow- amazing. Brussels sprouts perfection. The owner was there and I have to say he was very polite and friendly. Kudos to you guys. I own a business and wish I was as good as you all lol – don’t change a thing. I’ll be back for sure

Service #1. I spoke with 3 different workers all super helpful and extremely nice. Food was terrific. The atmosphere was at the mall so it could only be so good. Will come again and definitely recommend.

Service wasn’t as upbeat as the last time but service wasn’t bad but the food was hot, fresh and delicious as usual
