This was my first time trying Smashburger and unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. The wait time was pretty long, which made me expect the food would be fresh and really good — but that wasn’t the case. For just a burger and small fries (no drink), I paid $18, which felt overpriced for the quality and experience.

Overall really enjoyed my experience here! The menu has a wide variety of unique creations and the Smashfries are extremely good. The shakes are also really good and served in an old fashioned style glass! They also give you the extra milkshake leftovers on the side, which is rare now a days. The shakes are also made from Häagen-Dazs which is phenomenal. I would definitely choose Smash burger over five guys any day.

I got the BBQ Bacon Double Burger and the Smashtots. Both were amazing! Definitely recommend! It’s not the biggest place but it has plenty of room. Clean and friendly place.

I called in and placed the order around 7pm. Due to the menu online not having most of the items that’s in the store. I got there around 7:49pm. I looked through the food, and the burgers were sloppy and messy, the cheese on the tater tots we already hardening. On the one of the burgers it was told no onions and still onions was put on there. Order of large fries looked like it was a medium fry and the medium fries look like a small. I’ve been to plenty of smashburgers around the country but this right here, even regardless if it took me 20 mins to get there it should not have looked like that. I did ask on the phone how long it would take to make the meal, I was told 15 mins from the time I hanged up. I said could it start being made in 5-10 mins so I can get myself over there. Yes no problem. I asked could the burgers not be sloppy or messy because lately other burger places have been doing this.

Went for lunch with the family. The wife and I are trying to eat better snd we were actually able to go lo carb. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic. You can turn any burger into a lettuce wrap as well.

First time here and MMmmmm, this IS a tasty burger. Me, I can’t usually get em cause my GF is a vegetarian which pretty much makes me a vegetarian. I have to say when the burger craves hit this is the spot.

I visited this establishment earlier , Alice who I’m not sure of the job title Was extremely rude the whole ordeal. ordered a smash delux wanted to add ketchup , mustard and onions . Cashier rung me up . Got my food but the burger was made improperly . Took food inside another employee there inquired about the situation and took the means to correct and remake food as Alice was no where in site after 20 minutes of waiting she strolls inside 10 more mins had pass before she acknowledged me or why I was standing there . After another 17 minutes of waiting she then asked another employee why I was there they kindly explained they needed to remake an order instead of explaining that orders couldn’t be modified she proceeded to slam food ticket on the counter and shake her head and yell that it’s a “ 5 dollar burger” and the topping it’s comes with and if I want to add and remove toppings go to McDonald’s apparently not only did I not know this her employees didn’t either because not only was it rung up initially it was put in as remake . She then bypass me and hands a customer their order but when it came to mine she tossed it on the counter and made drive thru cashier bring me my food to the front . Ew .. She is horrible and I don’t recommend eating there while she is on shift . The restaurant itself is great but her as a person is horrible
