Tonight was a roulette of choices that landed me to try out Jurassic Tacos.
Upon entering, it had a very nice vibe like I was back in Rosarito or the beach side of Tijuana.
I ordered Dino Nachos and the rest of my part ordered Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Fajita Steak Tacos.
The Dino nachos were bigger than expected and were sweet and savory leaving me satisfied with plenty left over for later.
The Mahi Mahi Tacos were normal sized street Tacos and were a bit smokey and sweet.
The Fajitas steak was cooked to perfection with a juicy flavor making me want to try more, but I had my nachos to finish.

Just an update on this review, as of 12/18/24…..Still terrible. Steak on the new fajita taco was unbearably tough to chew. I gave up and picked through what was edible. 2 tacos for $12, this is unacceptable. Strike 2!!! (previous review——>) HORRIBLE!!!! It’s my local spot, so I would rather not post this but this makes the 3rd time! The chicken is ALWAYS old and burnt. It’s becoming down right disgusting. I always have to pick through the old dry pieces to make it manageable. I love the meal and want to support, when it’s right but this is ridiculous. My dog actually refused the leftovers

I get the chicken nachos from Jurassic Street Tacos in Pleasant Grove at least once a week, and have for over a year. Not only are they the best tasting nachos I’ve ever had (coming from somebody who has tried nachos wherever I can find them), but the people working there are fantastic. They know who I am, and when I come in they know I’m getting nachos. We even started writing notes to each other – me, in the order notes, and them, on the box (see photos). If I could ask for anything, it would be some kind of loyalty program so I could get some free nachos every now and again, ya know?

I was pleasantly surprised on how much we enjoyed our food. There was a lot of flavor, and they offer gluten-free options, I haven’t been to many taco places around here that offer pescetarian options so I loved that. They have table service which was really nice. The guy taking our order was very patient since we had never been there before as well. I will definitely come back for that shrimp taco. We came at dinner time.

A delicious and affordable food adventure for our entire family of 8! The dinosaur-themed décor was a hit with the kids and the tacos were some of the best we’ve had.
We’d recommend Jurassic Tacos to any family looking for a fun, unique dining experience and we will definitely be back next time we come through the area! It’s hard to find great food for a big family without breaking the bank, but this place did it.

Jurassic Tacos Pleasant Grove was awesomely delicious! The tacos were massive and filled with a pleasant mix of proteins. I decided to upgrade to the premium protein and got the New York…….worth every penny! Service was attentive and friendly. I’ll be back!

This was our first time at Jurassic Tacos and we were blown away. The food is so, SO good! The portions are huge. Honestly, I probably could have shared one Jurassic Taco with my husband. Highly recommend the pulled pork as your meat. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is really friendly.
