Smashing delicious. We were greeted when we entered. This was our first time visiting, so we were studying the menu. The cashier was patient with us. Thank you, Josh. We found seats and a few minutes our food arrived, nice and hot. The burgers were seasoned very well, but the of the show for me was the SWEET POTATO WAFFLE FRIES…..Good to me!! My favorite.
I did not read the reviews til now. I’m not sure why the bad reviews. For the staff, keep up the good work and thank you. We will return.

Wow sticker shock on this order. I had no clue 2 sodas would cost us $7.00. The burgers were nothing to write home about and were also over priced. We will not be going back there.

The food here was amazing! I had a chili cheese hotdog and it was soo good! The Cheese sauce was flavorful and delicious. The Oreo milkshake was one of the best ones I’ve ever had and the fries were crispy and fresh with a great flavor. Customer service was amazing and friendly! I will definitely be back again.

I was hesitant to try this place based on reviews. We ordered through doordash so the delivery time may have impacted the quality of the food. We ordered the All American and Classic double smash burgers. Both were very good, although salty. I’m curious if it is in fact salt added to the burger or another seasoning that is lower in sodium. I’d frequent the place more if the latter were true.
I was not impressed with the cheese fries. The amount of cheese was negligible and personally, I’d prefer it be on the side. The regular fries (that are seasoned some sort of way) were very good in flavor but I’d prefer them be cooked a little longer. Thats just my preference. This could also just be a result of having it delivered to me. Perhaps they have more crisp in house.

This was my first time at Smash Burger and I was looking forward to getting a really good burger. The cashier was friendly, but the rest of the experience wasn’t all that great. I waited 15 minutes for my food. The burger was incredibly salty and the edges were burnt. The fries were cold. I have to say I’m disappointed. It was not worth the $18 (which included a fountain drink)

The hamburger was good. The fries are crunchier than McDonalds which i prefered. The Service and atmosphere was also good. The place had a dine in restaurant feel instead of a fast food feel. The staff kept checking on us

The NEGATIVE REVIEWS are REAL!! If you’re trying to get CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE this is the place for you! This is the closest location to my house and I keep going back because I hope they’ll get it right and my child likes smash burgers. My mistake. 99%of the time I have an issue with my order. Today’s mistake: a Double All American plain (bun, meat, cheese only, with toppings on the side) with Smash tots. In the app, there is no “On the Side” option so I called it in after I placed my order in the app.
First, they forgot the pickles. Then, the burgers were SO SALTY that it was INEDIBLE! And as usual, the tots are not drained properly so they are ALWAYS sitting in a PUDDLE of grease by the time I get home. EXTREMELY GREASY! You’ll clog your arteries by just looking at them! (Grease in photos are from just those THREE tots after I changed the napkins they are sitting on TWICE!)
Finally, the staff. They just honestly don’t care, nor do they try to even hide it.
I’ve given this place one too many chances!
Don’t waste your money! Go elsewhere!

This place is full of nice staff who are very open and honest even if the circumstances are a bit hazy they come threw as a team. The restaurant inside looks wonderful and kept nice and clean. The atmosphere is always nice and populated and not a ghost town like some places. And it plays good indie music instead of the pop music that floods other stores making them robotic to be in.

My smash burger was pink, and my smash fries were disgustingly greasy. I literally ruined my whole meal trying to to heat the food to a proper temperature, which I wouldn’t have had to do had the food just been cooked right the first time. You’re better off getting Wendy’s, service is just as quick, they cooked their meat all the way through, and it’s no where near as expensive.
