Staff were friendly and got our order in a good amount of time. I got the classic smash-burger and it was delicious! The patties were crisp on the outside and moist in the inside. Each bite was juicy and flavorful and the sauces were tastefully paired. My boyfriend and I like to eat here every now and then and it never disappoints! Price was fair ($25 for 2 burgers, a drink, and fries).

I love the classic! Smash burger is a hidden gem. I didn’t know how delicious the burgers AND Fries are. The fries are a thinner style so if that’s your fries, preference then you’re in luck. I prefer a bigger patty so the double does the trick for me. In a great location as well – near the movies and shops. Enjoy!

Giving this location a three star review because of the fact that my mother and I almost fell as we entered this place because of how slick the floors were. We told the cashier, and as we were there ordering/waiting for our food, nothing was done about the floor-and to make it worse, a child almost fell! The cashier made the comment that “those floors stay slick.” Uh-why don’t you all have slick proof rugs on them??? Make it make sense!!
Other than that, food was prepared the way we asked for it. If you get smashfries or tots and get them to go, ask for a better container to put them in so that the oil won’t be all over your food/bag!

I recently gave Smashburger another chance after a poor experience my first time. My most recent experience was amazing. The staff was outstanding and the food definitely redeemed itself. I was serviced by Jacob who was amazing. He was patient, and very helpful when explaining the menu. Overall it was a great experience.

The burgers were obsecely greasy (especially the Colorado burger) and didn’t really taste like anything. The chilli cheese fries were fine but a really small portion for close to $8. Also we had to wait at the counter for ~5 minutes before being helped, while watching all 3 employees present stand at the stove trying to push one of the others to come take our order.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The food was disgustingly greasy, the fries were literally sitting in a pool of oil. Even worse, my food was served on trays that were visibly dirty from previous customers. That is beyond careless, it’s unsanitary.
The dining area was filthy. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, old trays were stacked around, and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. It raises serious concerns about what the kitchen must look like if the front of house is in that condition.
This location needs immediate management intervention. Basic food safety and cleanliness standards were not being met.

I have to commend Jacob who was working the register today (1/30/26) at 5:20. My husband and I visited Smashburger for the first time for a quick bite before a movie. We placed our order and within a few minutes, my husband got his burger and our fries, but mine wasn’t ready. After about 7 minutes of waiting, I still didn’t have my burger. Jacob realized and came to ask if I had gotten my food. He then apologized and explained they had just received several big orders and they were behind. He then went and checked in with the kitchen to make sure they had my burger started and waited for them to prepare it to bring to me directly. When he did he apologized again.
Was it irritating that we didn’t get our food at the same time, yep, but this young man not only noticed, but came over to check, explained and apologized and then solved the problem. Absolutely outstanding. He is obviously well trained and also an observant young man.

Went there with my daughter, walked in, went to the register to order our food, and stood there for a few minutes before the cashier came to the counter during that time another couple came in from the side door and took them first. I think that is poor customer service. The food was good. The onions were very greasy. The burger was good. Bacon was overcooked on the burger. The food is pricey.

We loved that they celebrated Cheese Burger day and would continue going back after years of being away, but they couldn’t serve our food all together while keeping it hot! We ate there twice once in restaurant and one time to go. In restaurant the food was brought out in piecemeal when it was hot and ready. To go order was cold except for the last sandwich that was added to the order! Somehow they have not been able to master keeping all the food hot at the same time! Food was good when hot! People were nice. I wish I could post a better review!!
