Sometimes 5 stars simply means: they did their job right, and I’d come back.
We shared the Double American Smash with Cheddar, and it had that nice seared edge and slight char you want from a smashburger. The Chili-Cheese-Jalapeño loaded tots were good and flavorful — a solid side without trying to be anything fancy.
Service was friendly and quick, everything was clean, and the experience was smooth start to finish.
This isn’t a destination, gourmet-burger place — it’s a fast-casual spot — but they executed their concept the way it should be done. No issues, no disappointments, just a good burger and good service.

The food was the standard good but I need to admit that the team that was there at night… Absolutely amazing. Edward Young, Keirn, Emmy and Jaisie treat me like family. I was having a bad day and they noticed. They make few seen.

This was my first time coming here and it did not disappoint! The food had such great flavor and was so delicious! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which had lots of bacon on it and it was cooked perfectly. I also got a side order of fries and they were cooked perfectly and were so crispy! The only negative thing about this place is the price. Unlike other fast food restaurants, you can order a combo that comes with fries and a drink however, here you cannot. You have to order everything separately which really adds up. A fountain drink is $3.29 and an order of fries are $3.99, in addition to the burger. I found it’s cheaper to get a kids meal, if you want a combo. The food is also extremely salty, especially the burgers but the flavor is delicious! Other than that, I would definitely come back here again!

I was greeted immediately by Emmy! It’s always nice to be recognized immediately! Thank you Emmy! Emmy explained the entire process of using the rewards program and how to add the code from the receipt. I forgot to mention I had opened a rewards program before ordering. The order was started immediately and promptly. My double cheeseburger was cooked to my liking and so juicy and tasty! The fries tasted different than any other fries I ever had. They were equally delicious! Thanks Smashburger!

Smash burger in Dresher PA. The chicken burger was horribly over-salted, smash fries also horribly over-salted AND oily to the point where I was able to pour oil out of my fry cup. Service was friendly and efficient, otherwise I would have given just 1 star. No reason to return.

Tasty food and a clean place. We tried 3 different kinds of smash burgers and my favorite one is the Classic one without tomato, ketchup,
and onion.
Edited: Before, this place used to be really good — the food, the service, everything felt special. Unfortunately, the quality just isn’t the same anymore. I truly believe if you hired more staff and paid them better, they’d have the motivation to work with heart. Right now, it feels like the younger employees don’t really want to be here, and it shows in the experience.
