I got the cheddar roast beef and fries. The sandwich tasted like chemicals. I tried to eat it because I was hungry but couldnt. It was terrible. The fries tasted like old oil and were ice cold. Never again.

The staff is very friendly so I feel bad for saying this but this Arby’s just isn’t good. The food is made fresh but almost 70% of the time it’s not correct. I will ask for no mayo or tomatoes or something plain but more often than not it will have it on it still. I have a very short lunch break so I usually don’t have enough time to wait for them to remake it because they are very busy so the wait it very long. it just feels like throwing away money when I go here. If you have to modify an order make sure you have enough time for them to remake it or you will be wasting your money here.

After having two of my meals screwed up, they did not even add to my bag and not finding out until I drove 18 miles home!
I was never going to come back, and I was going to blast this Arby’s all over social media!
I was seriously out a ton of money!
I did go back and I think it was Chris who refunded the full order and comped my wife and I a new order!
Even threw in some extra stuff to try on him.
Thank you Chris, your management will hopefully thank you for keeping a regular customer!

I was supposed to leave a review like 6 months ago but this guy I believe he’s a manager his name was Randy he comes up to my table see that my drink is low and automatically refills it as if we’re in a five-star restaurant extreme customer service please give that man a raise because that is very seldom you find something like that and a fast food restaurant way to go Randy please give that man a raise!
