The menu is stacked with tempting options, but let’s talk about the real showstopper: the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger. It’s a decadent masterpiece that stands in a league of its own. The savory richness of the truffle aioli mingles with perfectly sautéed mushrooms and melty Swiss cheese, all layered over a juicy, seared-to-perfection beef patty. Each bite is a harmonious blend of umami and indulgence, without overpowering the simple pleasure of a great burger. It’s a bold flavor twist that feels luxurious without being pretentious.
But the experience doesn’t stop there. The buns are soft yet sturdy, toasted just enough to hold everything together without falling apart. The fries—crisp, golden, and seasoned right—make a great partner in crime for any burger on the menu.
Service is quick, the vibe is relaxed, and whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a casual dinner, Smashburgers hits the sweet spot between fast and flavorful.
If you haven’t tried the Truffle Burger yet, you’re missing out on a rich, mouthwatering journey that elevates the classic burger to something truly memorable. Smashburgers isn’t just a stop—it’s a destination for serious burger lovers.
Smashburger’s claim to fame is their innovative cooking method—they smash the burgers on a blazing hot grill. This technique results in a thinner, juicier hamburger with a crispy outside texture and reduced cooking time. They use only fresh, never frozen beef, which significantly enhances the flavor profile.
Our party particularly enjoyed the flavored Smash Tots and found the regular French fries to be excellent as well. Among our favorites were the BBQ Bacon, Truffle Mushroom, and Double Bacon Smashburgers. On the downside, the Spicy Jalapeño Burger received a thumbs-down for its taste.
The restaurant is well-lit and offers adequate seating. It generally appeared very clean, with the exception of the restroom, which needed attention due to an overflowing trash can.
The staff was friendly, but the service time was disappointing. Although the restaurant wasn’t very crowded, a second order of burgers took over 15 minutes after we had finished our first batch. In terms of pricing, Smashburger aligns with other specialty burger fast food joints, which means the prices are on the higher side.
Despite some minor issues, our party thoroughly enjoyed the food. Smashburger’s unique method of preparing their burgers and the quality of the ingredients result in a very tasty burger. I will definitely be a repeat customer. This restaurant merits a five star rating for food quality but could use some improvement on the items mentioned above.
Each food item was served one at a time. We ordered 2 burger, 2 Mike shakes, tater totes & sweet potatoes fries. Each item took 4 mins to be served. The sweet potato fries never came out. When I asked for my money back for them, they had to email there office with a receipt to return my $4. The food was too greasy & the mike shake was the best.
It was the first time and last time going here. It was absolutely a disaster. 1 other client was in the dining area. I can just imagine when this place if full.
