I went into the dine in area for a late lunch with my daughter. There was a line in the drive through like usual but only a few people inside. Our food took 20 minutes (I ordered a Happy Meal with 6 nuggets and 2 kids fries and a buffalo ranch mccrispy and fries. They forgot the nuggets dipping sauce, forgot my daughter’s extra fries and this is what they consider to be a “buffalo ranch” sauces mccrispy.

The staff here are fairly friendly, however the service is slow. I expect higher wait times around dinner rush, but some of these wait times are excessive 20+ minutes at the drive thru, and it’s not much better dining in either. I cannot blame the staff completely, a big part of it is they’re spread thin, which comes down to poor management, either on a corporate or district level.

Made my morning a whole lot brighter! They were busy this morning but still got everyone’s order in the drive through in an efficient and professional manner. Super upbeat and friendly staff at the windows. Made THE BEST bacon egg and cheese bagel I have ever had!!!! 10/10

We’ve been waiting in line at the drive through for 21 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. One of the cars left, even though they had paid. The employee tried to give us their food and seemed very confused that we didn’t want it. Mind you, we only ordered 2 shakes. I’m not sure why this McDonalds is so consistently slow.

What a terrible McDonald’s. Why does the drive through take 15 min. Cancels out the whole “fast food” thing. I write this while sitting in line. That 15 turned to 30 min for a drive through. What a joke.

Every time I have gone there through the drive-through it has taken forever. This time I legit sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes and I watched several cars leave because of how long everybody has been waiting then to get a notification that my order was canceled after waiting How long for it and I still didn’t move I was waiting in the drive-through about seven cars ahead of me and my order canceled if I could give this place a zero review I would because this is every single time and I’m not the only person

We do a lot of business here and let me tell you the business there tonight was very poor. They only had one person drive thru and front,one person cooking. 2 other employees came in and was yelling at the employee. Our food was cold, French fries were hard. I either want my money back or our food replaced

I’ve wasted enough time on this place to waste more on this review, but I don’t want anyone wasting their hard earned money anymore on this place, so I’ll give one.
This is the worst McDonalds (Oswego East and West side) I’ve ever visited in my life. The service is non-caring and slow (and I do mean slow. Sometimes up to 40 minute wait times even when hardly anyone is there! The number listed online is incorrect, their food is almost never any good (check out these old nuggets that look about 5 years old). They didn’t even have soda at all last time I went. They also almost always mess at least one thing up. The last time I went inside with my family, we waited 42 minutes and the people in the kitchen were all just laughing and joking around. The last time I had an issue I spoke with the district manager and I can tell you first hand, she is the issue. Her name is Kathy and she truly makes nothing but excuses for why these restaurants are this way and when I showed her the nuggets this last time she admitted “yep they’re just old” almost like she’s used to this being a thing.
Ok, enough time wasted. Don’t go here. Pick a place that cares and where your hard earned money won’t be tossed down the drain and your time is cared about.

Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The place is dirty, the staff is rude, and the shake machine is ALWAYS down! How!? Not to mention, of the 4 times I’ve given this place a chance, I’ve waited well over 20 minutes to get my food. FAST food?! Atrocious.
Edit: I’ve now waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Im not leaving, just to prove a point. I’ll never come here again after this.
